I had a report generated for converting an attic to a living space. The original report was not measured correctly and almost made the job more difficult. On follow up inspection of the work completed Jorge noticed the measurements were off and addressed this issue and submitted a report for clarification. Jorge was very helpful as well as the rest of the staff at EEI.

Jorge with EEI was exceptional. Our appointment was set for 2:00pm. He was punctual, easy to talk to and he did a thorough job inspecting our home’s foundation . When complete, he advised me of the next steps; meeting with the chief engineer and designing a plan to resolve our foundations issue. I would strongly recommend Jorge and EEI.

There is a large crack in the foundation of my home and I needed a structural engineer report. I called EEI and they responded quickly and got me on their schedule promptly. Jorge was very thorough in his analysis of my foundation issue. He took pictures and measurements inside and outside of my home to give me a comprehensive assessment about my home.. Jorge listened to my concerns and explained what he was doing in layman’s terms and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend EEI for any structural issues.

I want to share my experience with EEI Engineering through the structural inspection outstanding service provide by Mr Jorge Aguas. The request was to check some cracks I had seen on the floor of the storage area and its possible effect on the building stability. Jorge performed an exhaustive work taking several measures with modern tools and equipment and in the process he was answering a lot of my questions I had asked.
The final report served me to clarify any doubts I had to take my final decision to purchase the commercial premises I was pursuing. Additionally I was able to get a warranty from the seller for 5 years to cover the repairs performed.

We’re first time home buyers and needed a structural engineer inspection for a roof truss repair and Jorge was so incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was prompt with the expedited report and thoroughly explained everything we needed to know across multiple phone calls- he truly went above and beyond for us. We had Jorge Aguas come out to provide a structural inspection on our home. A year later we had some follow up questions based on new findings. Jorge took the time to thoroughly advise on our follow up questions. We really appreciated his willingness to provide valuable insight so long after his initial visit. My experiences time with EEI was through an engineer named Jorge Aguas EI. He was very attentive and thorough throughout the entire inspection process. He provided a full assessment and gave me a follow up call regarding the reports he was sending. He also was able to answer all questions I had regarding my home.

I called there office and Jorge Aguas took my call . He was polite and very professional. Showed up on site good communication, very polite and would definitely look forward to working with them again.
