We were just looking for quality cleaning. Hailey and Maria did that and so much more. Their finishing touches made us all happy. Its nice after a long week to come home and just relax in a clean house.

I was told to write a review. So, I am. Unfortunately, my house never got cleaned. Hannah and her partner came out and left back out almost immediately. The manager said I would have to pay 50$ for loss wages. I explained no one ever told me the policy and I was u see the impression a “deep clean” is to deep clean your home. I was later told it is only a surface clean and that I would need to pick up anything on the flooring. After reading reviews, I feel as though I was personally wronged. They didn’t even stay 5 mins. Yet, others have had cleaning for up to 7 hours? Makes no sense.
Anywho, my house is now cleaned, no thanks to Two Maids Chattanooga, but thanks to my own relative. Never will I “hire” another cleaning service, when I can pay someone in family for the same amount I would pay (Two Maids Chattanooga) and they actually will do their job. Two Maids Chattanooga made sure to take my card information but never even gave me a welcome packet. After, blaming me and further investigation, the manager text back and stated she was sorry but her staff did not follow proper procedures and let me know housekeeping prior to services. She said she “waived” the 50$ fee. Terrible experience. Keep it in the family, no need to hire two maids who won’t fulfill their job duties.

Marlena and Sabrina have been so helpful. They have gone above the call of duty for me. Things are easier, I hope, since they have become regular in my home. I love it when I'm home and they come. Conversation is so nice. They are thorough! Really thanks!!!

Hannah and Ellie did an exceptional job cleaning our house. A previous cleaning service only spent about 3 hours for our 'deep clean'. These 2 spent just over 7 hours cleaning our house from top to bottom. Very thorough, friendly and professional. If you use Two Maids, make sure you request Hanna and Ellie!

Kai and Kelliegh has cleaned for us for a few months now and does an excellent job!! We requested her after the first time!!!!

The first time was a terrible clean. I’ll post pictures of that clean. The second time I worked hard to help them. Liam was great! Very friendly! Savannah was offended when I asked her to clean the toilet again and to clean the upstairs bathroom floor again. She didn’t want to clean under the toilet seats after I popped them off and back on for her. Everyone should understand that on a first clean of someone’s home, the cleaners are getting to know the house and I was there to help them. The manager, amber, came for a quality check after I reminded her that she said she’d come after the first time. She had a terrible attitude towards me but did seem very nice to her cleaners. I wanted to like this company. I gave them tools to succeed. I left notes on specific things I’m particular about like making sure to not forget my laundry room floor (which they forgot both times) and wiping under the changing pad on the top of the dressers. Very simple instructions.

Amber said after the first clean that she’d take $25 off my second clean. That didn’t happen. Charged me today for the full price. I’m truly ecstatic to take my business elsewhere.

I hired 2 maids and a mop for a move out/in cleaning after having a house remodeled to get all the dust, windows and stuff cleaned after a big remodel before move in. I attached just come of the pictures of just the bigger things that were not completed. Nothing was dusted from fans to baseboards. All windows were dirty. They had running cold water since the water heater was off but since they didn't have buckets they could not transport water... there was a guy there in the master bathroom finishing the custom tile shower and that's the only room I told them not to clean. They didn't even do the move in/out clean and switched it just to their hourly Clean and did not even bother to let me know how long they were there and I still do not know how much they are going to charge me for this subpar cleaning. I am here now, doing it myself at almost 5 months pregnant to get this done correctly. I do not recommend this company at all to anyone.

I've never used a maid service before. I called around for 2 week's getting quotes and talking to different companies for a 1 time cleaning service. I chose 2 maids based on the options of hour's they had to choose from and they did not make me choose from a certain criteria of cleaning. I only needed certain areas done and anything else they did would be a bonus, if they had time. 2 ladies showed up and I got lucky because 2 more were in training. They all worked together and did what I needed and everything smelled cleaned and fresh when they left. Thanks to HALEY🛼, MARIA⚡️, KAIA🎀 AND ABBY🍭 they saved me time and energy so I could focus on other things! Great work!

This is our second service cleaning with two maids. They have been so easy to work with and work on the schedule. Today we had Cierra and Kayla and they were amazing. I appreciate their hard work so much.

They recommend a deep clean before you start a monthly service and while it was a financial commitment-it was worth every penny. Hannah and Amanda got in every nook and cranny and made our home sparkle. I’m so glad I chose to go with this service.

Hannah & Amanda did wonderful work with our recent deep cleaning!! We needed extra care after our son moved out, and the excellent office staff helped us book a “Design with Time” service. Two maids is a most reliable cleaning service. I like that there are always a team of two that come at a time and they bring all their own cleaning supplies. . They are always responsive to my emails especially if I need to reschedule. . I especially appreciate the team of Hannah and Amanda who do a very thorough job and are just pleasant to have while they are working.
