Booking was easy. Patricia showed up exactly as planned. I came home to a nice, clean home. Attention was paid to detail. Overall, this was a very simple process. I didn’t have to worry about having supplies available and the results speak for themselves! It’s so nice to walk in to a clean house that I didn’t have to clean!

The initial deep clean left the house sparkling and smelling great! Sierra was very thorough and communicative about the process. We will definitely continue with her services for our regular cleanings!

The whole process was really excellently managed. I was able to text with someone instead of having to get on the phone with them which was great because I could manage the scheduling during my work day. They were specific about all the services offered ahead of time, and did a good job executing on those services. They worked quickly and didn’t require that I checked their work before they left; they did the work right the first time. They also didn’t charge too much for their services and didn’t require that I set up a recurring schedule with them in order to get a deep clean. They cleaned very methodically through my house, and clearly had a specific plan for how to get everything done quickly.

I can not figure out where to put this so do what you will.

My team of Savannah & Liam does such a great job for me. Their attention to detail has been a wonderful experience. Working with two maids and a mop is been such an easy process. I would highly recommend.

I had high hopes with this company that were not fulfilled at all. I ordered a 2.5 hour clean for my small one bed one bath apartment. I have not even moved in yet so there’s no difficulty moving around furniture or belongings.

First off- the people who came to clean the apartment called to see if I could arrive early since their previous home canceled. When I didn’t arrive soon enough they called again and asked if I was even coming… even though it was not time for my scheduled appointment.

My apartment when I returned was still covered in dirt, grime, and pet hair from the previous owner. When I reached out to the company they only responded in short, curt text messages. It also turned out that the cleaners were only there for an hour and 11 minutes which was not what I ordered and scheduled. I could have cleaned it myself within that time…

Needless to say I’m looking for another cleaner and I will not be using this service again.

The clarity of expectations for the service provided was very clear, and helpful in understand what I was receiving. Scheduling the service was very easy and the maids did a good job. Other than the ceiling fans not being dusted, and the floors not being fully moped the service was great.

Melinda and Jennifer came quickly when we really needed them. Were on time, friendly and courteous! Busy the entire time. Cleaned every surface in the house. Immaculate work and would definitely ask for the two of them again. House has never been this clean. Impressed with their professionalism and aim to please. Asked that I walk through to see if I was satisfied. Never have had this kind of house cleaning service anywhere. Greatest experience ever! Go Jenifer and Melinda! You are so AWESOME!!
