Sam and Lexi showed up on time and really ready to get to work. They both were so friendly, professional and were ready to tackle my problem areas.

They worked so fast I couldn't believe it. And my house when they were done was nearly unrecognizable. It is beautiful. It could be in a magazine. They got every nook and cranny, as I did the deep clean. The baseboards look like they did five years ago when they got painted, the windows are sparkling and their is not one piece of dust.

Absolutely will hire again. If you get Sam and Lexi you are in good hands and you will be very, very happy!

I am so grateful for the work that Shannon and Betty did today! They paid attention to detail, had great work ethic, and were so pleasant! Shannon even told me what notes she wanted to make on my account to be sure my house got what it needed the next time too!
After some initial confusion 2 weeks ago with my first cleaning, I spoke to Amber and Alyssa who were both very helpful and accommodating. The ladies at Two Maids & A Mop clearly understand working to achieve customer satisfaction!

For $450 my 2bed/2bath house was “deep cleaned” in less than 3 hours. Floors under furniture were not vacuumed, blinds were not dusted, window sills weren’t even wiped down, and overall it was just wildly overpriced. The cleaners were super nice, but I just can’t understand why it was so expensive. Im expecting a new baby any day now, so I was willing to pay top dollar for a squeaky clean house, but overall it just didn’t feel any cleaner than I do myself during my personal weekly cleaning.
Cannot recommend.

Had the most wonderful deep cleaning service with Two Maids, specifically my fabulous two professionals, Kaia and Ashley ❤️❤️ they arrived on time, were so kind, proactively communicated and had everything spotless in just the right amount of time. You can tell they are true professionals! I will be a loyal Two Maids client for years to come!

Haley and Maria at 2 Maids & a Mop do the most amazing job! It is the highlight of my week when they come and I am always so grateful for the thoughtful and considerate touches they leave. They are thorough and accommodating and wonderful instructors as well!

The girls that came were so sweet. They were quick, efficient and consistent. They checked in during their cleaning and once completed had me look everything over to address any concerns. Audrey and Shelby were wonderful and I’d love to have them back in my home again!

I've tried several other services and felt underwhelmed, but this team goes the extra mile in making every surface sparkle and those fun extra touches like cute towel folds. :) They had availability on my schedule and make it convenient to book over text and pay/tip online. Thank you for making a working mamma's life a little easier and my house WAY cleaner!

I have shared with Savannah and Liam that cleaning day with them is my favorite day of the month! (And that I wish I could charge this through my insurance for the mental health benefit it brings!) I love this team and have requested them as my regular team whenever possible. They are super friendly, have great attitudes, and go with the flow when my cats decide changing the bedsheets = playtime, and just good-naturedly work around them (until I can come grab the pests!) I'm always impressed with how the teams constantly communicate with each other about what they are doing and what is next. I wish I could afford to have them come more often! I always feel SO much better when the house is clean.

The staff seems friendly and the prices seem fair, but communication lacks SIGNIFICANTLY in this company. I scheduled a cleaning, received a text the day before to confirm my appointment (no other communication of any sort) and then was apparently expected to be available within my 2 hour arrival window time to answer my phone. Unfortunately, I was at work and was unable to do so. I reached out to the company the day prior to my scheduled cleaning and the morning of to make arrangements regarding entering my home since this would be the first time the cleaners had come to my home and I have a doorknob that has the keyhole covered, requiring extra steps to unlock it with a key. When I was unable to reach anyone or answer my phone during the cleaning arrival time, I was charged a "lockout fee". I understand that a business needs income to operate and that employees still took time from their day to arrive at my home and must be paid, but it seems poor practice to charge a customer for something that the business should have addressed already, especially since I, the customer, attempted twice to contact the company beforehand.

Tammy and Arlene were so wonderful to work with. They did a great job and I’m looking forward to having them back!

Saige and Tasha were fantastic. They were incredibly thorough and it was much appreciated! They did such a great job.

The company was nice, worked with my schedule & was very responsive. The cleaners were very friendly, provided great customer service, and helped me make the best decision for how to clean within the time frame they had. They did a great job cleaning….everything looked clean and was clean! My son commented on how clean his bathroom was.
I normally prefer to clean my house because past cleaning services I’ve used didn’t do the best job, but Two Maids & A Mop cleaned my house exactly like I would if not better! I see now why people add this to their budget. I will definitely use them again.

Scheduling a cleaning was very easy and availability was fast. Tammy and Arlene were very friendly and respectful of our home and property. We were very happy with their work. We’d be happy to have Tammy and Arlene back. Our house looks great and we are appreciate their hard work.

The cleanings were okay, we were considering changing as our old cleaning company did better for less money. The real issue is they sent a reminder about our Monday cleaning on the prior Friday. We were out of town so this didn’t work and we asked to move to the next week. They said they could but it would be a $35 fee for rescheduling without 48 hours notice. In fairness to the company this is in their policy, however a month ago they rescheduled us at the last minute to the following day and we didn’t get a $35 credit. It sure seems they should confirm cleanings before the rescheduling window. We ended our service with them and they charged the $35 anyway.

We had paid for 5-6 cleanings to this point and always left a good tip. They didn’t even offer to wave the fee once so we will be looking for new cleaners.

Be warned, I have never left a negative review before. I even told the company all they had to do to avoid this negative review is refund the $35 fee. Mediocre cleaning for expensive price and poor service.

After inquiring about their services Amber promptly gave me a quote and we scheduled the date for my service. I was very pleased with Hailey and Maria. They did a great job! Very personable, yet professional and hard working. I would definitely recommend them. Now my house is clean and shining again.

The staff was very professional, very kind and did great work. They worked so hard for so long and did an amazing job! We tried to book with 2 other companies. There were cancellations and delays and it was very frustrating. When I called to get information about Two Maids, Nicholas was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I felt confident that the service would actually happen. There were text and email reminders which I appreciated. Thank you to the two women who cleaned my daughters house so well. I'm sorry I don't know their names. I am out of state but my daughter was very complimentary. We will definitely use your services again.

These ladies are very professional, and a pleasure to work with. Amber and Alyssa came out to give me an estimate for my business, and they were great while doing the walk through. They gave me a good price for the work we needed done, and very easy to work with for scheduling. Kara and Hannah were the ladies that came out to clean. They were wonderful as well. Very prompt and polite, and they did a great job with the cleaning I needed done. They even finished a little quicker than I thought they would. I am considering having them come out to clean my house once a month. I'll definitely be using their services again, for both business and home. THANKS LADIES!!

My team, typically Savannah and Liam, do a wonderful job every time. I feel like they make a point to go above and beyond in a way that my previous house keeping service did not. Like I frequently had to remind my last service to dust the banister on our stairs and the first time Two Maids came it was perfectly dusted. I commented my gratitude to Liam who indicated “of course we did!” Love this crew.

Holy smokes, they were amazing! They did more work in the short time they were here than another crew I’d hired who spent a total of 18 hours cleaning. They cleaned everything, not just the things they would clean anyway, the things I needed cleaned, but they cleaned things I’d forgot to mention. They had great attention to detail, were very efficient, thorough, and professional. The house is super clean and I can hardly wait for them to return. I’m so glad I found Two Maids and a Mop.

Haley & Maria come to clean our home every other week. I always feel a sense of relief once they’ve arrived because I know they’ll always get our house back in order! They are both professional, kind, and thoughtful.

I have been using Two Maids Chattanooga for three months now, and they are wonderful to work with! I've had four different housekeepers so far, but my favorites have been Sam and Sam. They are so great with our dog, are friendly when we want to chat but also courteous and mindful when we need to work (we both work from home). They also do a fabulous job cleaning. The house smells amazing when they leave and they pay special attention to areas of the house when we ask them to (like spot cleaning a window or dusting bookshelves). I recommend this company and specifically Sam and Sam! <3
