The ladies come to my home bi-weekly and there has never been a time that I have been disappointed or under impressed! They go above and beyond to complete every task I request and then more as time allows. They act with professionalism, carry strong work ethics and the communication between not just the ladies but the owner is top notch. Due to the nature of the home I live in, schedules can change at a moments notice and there has never been a time where they are not accommodating. I have and currently do recommend MaidPro to everyone that asks or comments about my home. I wouldn't be able to keep it as top notch if it wasn't for their continued help.

I used MaidPro to clean our apartment when we were moving out and we used them again to clean our new home before moving in. They listened to what we needed them to do and did a thorough cleaning job both times. We were impressed by their attention to detail and going above and beyond to ensure both places were spotless! We will definitely continue to use their services!

Was impressed by what we found online and contacted MaidPro to start biweekly service to clean my mother’s home. Service failures started right away. Owner Shawn said they were short handed and needed to reschedule. Took 3x to get someone there the first time . That employee tried to get my mother to hire her “off the record” for a lower price and said everyone did it. We were appalled and did not accept this side hustle but needed someone to help mom. They were supposed to start coming every 2 weeks. Their communications are terrible. I was the one calling them to verify times and dates only to be told they need to reschedule. We received an email confirming they were coming the next day but heard nothing to follow up. I reached out to verify arrival time only to be told they were sorry for the “inadvertent” email but we were not on the schedule for the day and the owner said he was short handed again and would reach out next week to reschedule. They are way to hard to work with and completely unreliable. I discontinued service with MaidPro and have found an honest and reliable service for my mother on Signal Mountain. When the employees come in and on the first day tell you they will work directly for you to cut out their employer, they are inherently dishonest. I do not want dishonest service people inside my mother’s home, unsupervised. Would you?

I had a great experience with Scenic City Cleaning. I called needing cleaning services on short notice and they were able to schedule me for the next day. I used Scenic City Cleaning Company on 03/17/25, for a move out cleaning on a 3 story townhouse. Ms. Erika and her co-worker were extremely thorough. Ms. Erika stayed on site to allow me to do a walk through to determine my satisfaction with her work. The job was so well done, the rental manager stated the unit looked brand new. I would definitely use Scenic City in the future.

The cleaning crew arrived right at the scheduled time. Even in snowy conditions!! They went tight to work and didn’t slow down until the job was completed. My apartment was cleaned well beyond my expectation. A very friendly crew I enjoyed meeting them.

I put in a request for initial consultation online on a Saturday and Ian reached out to me immediately to go over our cleaning needs. He was diligent, thorough, and kind on the phone. He helped schedule our cleaning when it fit in our schedule and asked for anything specific we wanted attention to detail on. Ian even reached out the day of cleaning to let us know the cleaners were on their way and then followed up after they left.

The cleaners (Patricia and her assistant) were very friendly and diligent in their cleaning of our house. You can tell they paid very close attention to detail and fulfilled our requested needs. The house looks spotless and brand new after cleaning for 2 hours.
