Shawn is amazing! And his staff go over and beyond. They are easy to schedule with and make life easier. So glad to work with them and they are definitely my go to cleaning service when in the area.

We hired maidpros to deep clean our home on May 31st 2022. The cleaning guy was subpar, chemicals used(left behind by the way) we’re from the dollar store. Not only was the cleaning subpar, one of the cleaning ladies stole my sons AirPods, his AirPods has a tracker on it and I went to the address as shown on tracker to discover one of the ladies that cleaned our house car was in the driveway. I called maid pros and told them about the several issues, was told they are very sorry and this isn’t the quality nor the standard they promote. They were extremely sorry about the theft. The General Manager was supposed to call us back the same day to work out a solution. Four days has went by and still no call. I would not recommend this company!!!!

We were a little overwhelmed when it came to deep cleaning the house. We called MaidPro and they sent Taylor to the rescue! With small children our house was always a disaster, but Taylor left it looking like something out of BHG! So grateful for her help as we got our house organized!

Gave maidpro a try before giving birth to our little one. Best decision I made as a new mother! The service is flexible, consistently excellent and always done with friendly smiles! Happy to recommend to anyone in town!

BEWARE—My wife and I used this service because she received a promotional deal for a 4 hour cleaning at a lucrative price. Not only was the cleaning itself subpar, but they billed us nearly DOUBLE the amount they were supposed to and have refused to return a single phone call to discuss the billing error. We are now on week three of trying to get our money back and these criminals still have not gotten back to us. The only time we have even spoken with anyone, we had to pretend we wanted to book another cleaning. That person agreed we were incorrectly charged but never followed through with a call back.

This company has horrible customer service and feels like a bait and switch that cost us hundreds of dollars. I would absolutely not recommend MaidPro under any circumstances—they are unprofessional, unresponsive, and will take your money. If I could give them negative stars I would.

We recently had our first baby and I was having a hard time keeping up with the house. MaidPro really helped relieve some of that stress. Alice was absolutely wonderful- friendly, on time, and thorough- she went above and beyond and I’m so thankful!

Irma was a very professional and respectful cleaner. She was very flexible when we had to reschedule. We had a very big clean after construction and she tackled it all by herself! Have seen other reviews that weren't so favorable of this company, but irma was tremendous!

Marcie did an awesome first clean on my home. She cleaned and organized but it didn't look like everything was rearranged. My home smelled wonderful and looked like I'd just had maid service done at a hotel suite. Great job! I plan on making this a routine. Thanks Marcie!!

I decided to have my home cleaned right before the birth of my second baby. I’m so glad I did! The person who cleaned our house did a wonderful job, and added some very sweet touches that went above and beyond what I expected. Highly recommend! It’s such a great feeling having a very clean home!

Also: you’re going want to pay the $25 to get your fridge cleaned. Ah-mazing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! If I could give this company negative stars I would, they are the worst company I have ever worked with. My wife and I purchased a home and had them clean our house as it was very dirty, when we arrived at the house it was filthy, as if the company never touched the house. Great example, we found a dirty razor from shaving still left in the bathtub, dust everywhere, crumbs and so much more. After contacting management he claimed that they are very good at their job...clearly not. Now he no longer responds to our emails and stole our money.

Edit: Whitney left droplets of some unknown chemical on our laminate and hardwood floors that are still there from March 2023. This is July 2023. It was brought to Shawn's (owner) attention in April. He said he was sending someone to re-clean the floors but no one showed up. Contacted him again in June and he said he would get back to me after July 15th. I have not heard from him! I used this company monthly (Jan, Feb, and March) and had to address something every time. This was the last straw! I initially gave a positive review because Whitney made me feel obligated even after I had to ask her to redo several areas she overlooked. Terrible overall experience!

Whitney was fantastic! She was extremely thorough and conscientious. This was our third cleaning with MaidPro and we’re so glad we switched to you. We would love to have Whitney back on a regular basis.

I love MaidPro! The customer service and cleaning service that maidpro provides is outstanding. Martha has been my primary cleaner and she has been doing a great job. I really appreciate Maidpro and their ongoing efforts. They are always quick to respond to requests and are willing to adjust their techniques based on our needs.

Worst service ever. They did not clean or follow their checklist of items that they guarantee to clean. All they did was mop the floors and vacuum, even though they were hired to clean the entire house professionally. Dust and dirt left everywhere. Couldn’t tell that the bathrooms or kitchen was even touched. Glitter in drawers, dust and dirt covered blinds, windows, chair rails etc.

Manager refuses to reschedule another cleaning, return calls, or refund us so that we can hire another company.

Avoid this place at all costs or good luck getting a response from them or a re-cleaning. They should just close down!

We tried our best to work with them to get re-scheduled. They would only schedule and then cancel or never show up (without calling us to tell us they are canceling). This happened numerous times.

Shawn/Sean is the Manager…..good luck getting him on the phone. He made us a lot of promises to get us re-cleaned for MONTHS…and still nothing. Almost $600 paid and we have plenty of photos to show what they consider “clean”….perfect proof that they did not follow their checklist nor did they even bother cleaning any portions of the house beyond maybe vacuuming and a quick mop, fyi the floors were still dirty.

Update 7/14/21 - Sean, We have TRIED calling you. You won’t call us back and reschedule. After 3 months, you still have not shown up to correct this issue. We have posted a complaint with the BBB and the city. Your voice mail is full and we left many messages with your “call center” for months. You can reach me via phone…..trying answering it.
