Robert and Janitorial Cleaning Services have made our building look like new. Barcom hired Robert last November after years of using a subpar cleaning service. Robert responded to our inquire promptly and was available to tour the office and give us an estimate that week. His estimate was fair and detailed. Since November Robert has completely reversed the poor condition our floors and office were in. Each week his attention to detail leaves our office sparkling and fresh. No task is to small or large for this cleaning service and anytime we need to speak with Robert his response is prompt and professional.

I hired Janitorial Cleaning Services to clean the stairwell landings at our three story hotel here in Chattanooga. The floors were vinyl composite tile (VCT) that looked quite bad due to years of neglect from previous owners. Robert did an amazing job that brought the tile to "like new" condition. Shandi and Taylor did a wonderful job on the deep clean of our home! Walls and surfaces were cleaned, floors were mopped, and the carpet was fluffed from the excellent vacuuming. We loved how the beds were made- specifically our 4 year old. All his stuffed animals were laid out so nice and he yelled "All my friends are here!" and jumped on his bed so happy. We called and requested that they continue to come back for the regular cleaning.

Molly Maid did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend for any cleaning needs. I called very last minute for a move out clean and they were able to work me into their schedule. The girls came and cleaned quickly and efficiently and they worked HARD. My apartment needed a lot and they did an amazing job.

Shandi and Genesis were actual life savers after my husband and I depopcorned our ceilings. It was a hard job and they did great!

We signed up to have our house deep cleaned for spring ( $110 an hour) and unfortunately what we thought would have been cleaned in a ”deep cleaning” didn’t take place. The glass for the front storm door to our house wasn’t cleaned, our walk-in shower glass door wasn’t touched and we asked to have our windows cleaned inside of our house and that didn’t take place either. I will say that the two ladies that came into our home was very nice and respectful but, for the $450 we paid to have our house “deep” cleaned our expectations were not meet. We ain’t made just disappointed. I guess for the price we paid we expected to have these areas addressed and cleaned while they were on site. Do your research before calling Molly Maid as there are better options for a few hundred dollars cheaper.
