Brenda and Carly were amazing. They cleaned very thoroughly. Also, their level of professionalism was outstanding. We would love for then to clean our home again..

Brenda and Cari did a good job. Unfortunately they were 2 hrs. late and we had another appointment but we barely made it anyway. They were friendly and pleasant to have in our home. Brenda was very conscientious and concerned that they did a thorough job.

I have been with Molly Maids for YEARS. Before them, I had tried others, including private. What impressed me with Molly Maids, they LISTENED to my needs and meet them. At anytime if they got off course, by training new people or whatever, they came right back and would take care of whatever the need was in a satisfactory manner. They truly want you to be happy. I love them ALL!! Today I had Brenda, Yolanda, and Amarina. WHAT A CLEAN HOME I HAVE!!!!

I can't emphasize enough how much this team is dedicated to customer service! I just had my initial cleaning yesterday; Brenda, Tammy and Teresa brought their smiles and sweetness along with a great work ethic! They got my floors spotless (I have 5 large dogs, so that's no easy feat, lol)! There was a small lack of communication on my part, so a couple things I thought were going to get done didn't, but when the customer service team contacted me today to see how everything went, I mentioned my mistake. Rebecca immediately offered to have them come back out; I told her it wasn't a big deal, but she offered to discount my next cleaning and assured me ahe would relay that information for next time. We all know what poor customer service is - this was NOT that. I truly appreciate their excellent and friendly customer service and look forward to having them back to my home.

Courtney and Carmen are the ABSOLUTE best. They are super thorough and always put their personal touch in their work. You can see the pride they have in what they do!!

We've used Molly Maid's services for 3 years now, and are exceptionally pleased with the quality of results and the professionalism of the management and the rest of the staff. Crystal and Sheena are always responsive to our needs and as accommodating as a customer should reasonably expect. They communicate well and go the last mile to make the customer happy. Our regular cleaning crew, Shandi and Genesis, are prompt and courteous, have an outstanding work ethic, and the results our their work are always excellent.

Cadence and Hailey did a great job cleaning my home. They did move out clean so I can rent out my house again. They did a great job communicating with me. Crystal in the office was outstanding. She is very professional and made setting up my cleaning very easy and stress free. Very happy with my service. I will definitely use Molly Maid again.

The Molly Maid workers are courteous and professional. My house is always clean and fresh-smelling when they finish their work. Plus, they are extremely considerate and patient with my two cats.

I had Molly Maid come by for a deep clean, and they did an awesome job! The team showed up on time, super friendly, and got straight to work. They were super thorough — the place looks and feels so much fresher now. Even the little things, like baseboards and window sills, got attention, which I really appreciated.

The kitchen and bathroom are spotless! (they even wiped down the cabinets and all the door handles)

THIS COMPANY STEALS FROM YOU. Please, take it from my mistake and do not hire this company. They quoted us for a deep clean, came and missed the entire downstairs of our home. We tried to call, text, email and explain the situation. The CEO even told us we would hear back from him. He now forwards our calls and is keeping our money. This is roughly $100 in cleaning services we paid for that they skipped over. How is that right? How can you operate a business like this? I will happily change my opinion of this company if they do what is right and call me back and clean what I paid to be cleaned. Its outrageous to operate in this fashion.
