My most recent experience with MaidPro was absolutely great! My home was thoroughly cleaned from the squeaky clean bathrooms to the shining hardwood flooring. The products used didn't leave an overbearing scent but just a very light scent of cleanliness. I will use MaidPro again and again!

You cannot go wrong with MaidPro! They are very efficient and thorough in the job that they do. The attention to detail is like none I've ever seen before. I appreciate the awesome customer service and professionalism. My house can't thank you enough for the pampering and loving care that it receives! I am a lifelong customer!

I was very happy with the service I got from Maidpro last week! I have used a couple of other cleaners in town and never booked them again because I felt the service we received was not worth the price they charged. But Maidpro was worth every penny and was actually very affordable. The 2 ladies who cleaned my home did a fantastic job! They were courteous, professional and fast. I will definitely be scheduling them to come back again soon.

I would never recommend anyone to use this company. It’s been 3 weeks since I used them and not one person has called me or reached out to me. I paid for deep clean and my house was left a mess. Nothing was cleaned. My house is over 3 thousand square feet and they sent one person to clean ( and honestly she looks she was on something) she told me she was going to be back the next day with two more ladies to fix what hasn’t been cleaned she blocked my number and no one ever came. I had to clean the house next day 9 months pregnant. I have called multiple times to get a refund or someone to come clean my house again and no one has done anything. This company is a scam. They said they were going to reach to the owner and he was going to call but they never did. It won’t let me post pictures but I’m honestly disgusted how she left my house and took my money. I will be contacting bbb on them I have so many pictures while she was there that I took and her claiming she cleaned that area.

We've been using MaidPro for over a year, and have consistently have excellent results. The management team is responsive and flexible, the team members have been friendly, attentive, and open to feedback. Communication is never an issue. The very few times that I've had a concern about a detail of a clean, the team has been back in less than 24 hours to fix the issue. No sighing or irritation about it, either. I'm comfortable leaving my house key with them as well, so they can clean when I'm not here to let them in. (The best thing on earth is coming back from vacation to a cleaned house)

I have had a great experience using MaidPro for monthly cleaning. I have a large, often disorganized house and Samantha has done a wonderful job making it look beautiful. I look forward to coming home when I know she's been there! The text communication from Shawn before every cleaning and any time they have extra availability is also very convenient and much appreciated by this busy working mom.

Just got home from having our house cleaned by a Maid Pros rep for the first time. I'm extremely happy. I honestly wish we would have been using them the whole time we've been using cleaners. The customer services is top-notch! They ask for feedback, and care about their work. Whitney cleaned for us this past time and I have to say the best cleaning we have had. She has an eye for the small details and makes sure to take care of those little things, like the dust found on your toilet paper holder. 😍. They make my life cleaner and a little less stressful.

Great company to work with. I had them do an initial deep clean and now monthly cleaning. The deep clean was amazing. There were a few bumps with the routine cleaning (getting to know what we like. Putting things back in the same place. Nothing big). The management team were super responsive and helpful. The cleaners were always considerate, polite and respectful. The professionalism and care are awesome. I've already recommended them to my friends.

I hired MaidPro to clean my grandmothers house. The staff were on time, efficient, and extremely thorough. They were all extremely friendly and wore masks without being asked to do so. I was so pleased with the service and attention to detail I received today. I have had a lot of renovations in my home recently and needed a deep cleaning. And it was top notch - care and consideration was given in every aspect of cleaning my home! It has been a stress-free process from beginning to end and I will definitely be using MaidPro regularly.

I also like the inspection sheet they leave behind detailing all the work that was done. Very professional, personal and courteous service!

Whitney comes to our house once a months and does an INCREDIBLE job. We didn't even know our house could be so clean until she started. She remembers exactly how we like things done and takes the cleanliness and organization of our space very personally. It's such a massive difference and helps us maintain the house between when she comes. And she's super aware of our cat and dog, both of whom dream of escaping, which I really really appreciate. Truly we could not be happier with her, and are looking forward to seeing her next month!

As usual the lady who did my deep clean was wonderful. This is the fourth time I have had a deep clean. I have had different ladies each time and they all have pride in their work. My house is cleaned from head to toe. They clean the baseboards, windowsills, lamps and lampshades, picture frames, vacuum all the furniture and all the things you wouldn't expect. You receive a checklist of all items that were done. I can't say enough about Maid Pro. I appreciate the best deep cleaning service I have ever received.

Straight up didn't show up and I was given no warning. I had to reach out to find out they weren't showing up and I am having people over today. Unacceptable.

Edit: Since I can't seem to reply to your reply, I will edit my response. I understand a busy season. What is not acceptable is that when I get a confirmation email saying that the cleaner will be there sent to my email, I expect them to be there. Similarly, if I book an appointment with a business and confirm that I will be there, they will expect me to be there. It's respect of each other's time. If there was to be a change of plans due to being busy and moving schedules around, I expect to be warned some time before the appointment is supposed to happen, not four hours after the appointment. I am a disabled person, I rely on help because of my limited ability to move. I plan things around these cleanings because I struggle to do a lot of things normal people do not struggle with. I got confirmation they were to be here yesterday and was relying on that being accurate. You replied to my concern that no one arrived when it had been nearly four hours after the normal time they arrive. If I am told ahead of time, I am generally happy to reschedule. This, however, is not okay. Certainly not the behavior I expect from a professional business.

Shawn and his team not only are consistent with their top quality cleaning, but they also go above and beyond to help our business outside of our normal schedule when we're in a pinch. We are lucky to have their services and would recommend to everyone!

Shawn was very responsive when first inquiring about the costs, timing, what to expect from the cleaning. His estimate was spot on with the number of hours to clean (we had a move out/move in clean).
Annette & Michelle showed up on time, even texted 20 minutes early to say they were on their way. They were both so nice, and accomdating as we had to work around one last tennant moving out. We did a simple walk through explained what we wanted to focus on they accomplished everything. I was amazed how clean they were able to get the oven and stove top after a bit of user neglect!
We will be using MaidPro again!

This was my second cleaning with Leslie and she does a fantastic job! The first cleaning, my kids were home and she was super patient with their...over energetic-ness even with me trying to keep them out of her way. She did a top to bottom clean of my very-much-in-need-of-a-deep-cleaning home and it looked great! Life happened and I was unable to schedule a second cleaning until last week when she came for another cleaning. I had to take my kids to a doctor appointment and she was super great about getting the cleaning done in peace this time since we had to leave for the appointment. She's great and I have highly recommend her. We also have cats and I was told she's one of the cleaners who isn't allergic to cats so that's a big plus! Will definitely be using her again in the near future!
