Shannon and Melissa came out and did work for us.We were more than satisfied!! They were on time, did a great job then cleaned up afterwards!! We have already been recommending them to friends and family!!

I’m so pleased with their service and results! Randy came out the day after I called and did an incredible job for such a low price! I had called another handyman service and they told me just to get an estimate it would be $100+. Whereas Andy On-call gave me a free estimate and got the job done in less than an hour! Very pleased customer!!!

Drew and Sam were very patient, on time and explained what they were doing. Added tips for us as they were making home repairs. Replaced ceiling fans, which were a bear to put together, and easily installed the new ones. We appreciate good customer service, especially the kind that makes you feel more like family than just a way to make money.

My tech was great! I’ll start with that. Seriously, probably the best repair person I’ve dealt with. I’ll follow that up with the tech is told to quote me X by the company, the tech doesn’t own the company. However I feel the cost of the repair over shadows the service. I had some caulking down around my showers/tubs, a door handle replaced, two pieces of art hung on the wall and 3 outlets looked at, not replaced. And that was almost $500. I was in a bind so I paid it, lesson learned on my end… My tech was great though lol!

Michael was wonderful at addressing the problems……and he did a great job of cleaning up afterwards! (Some just leave the mess so I was pleasantly surprised and pleased!) Looking forward to the next project with his help.

Thank you Andy onCall for coming through for Bridge Equity, LLC and taking care of a faucet that wouldn't stop running. You all were very helpful and fast, and have easy methods to pay. The only handyman in the area that wasn't booked 2 weeks out. Very thankful they helped fix this problem for tenant. We will definitely call on you when we have other issues.

I moved to Ooltewah 2.5 years ago. As a widow, I needed a handy man for a number of chores and projects. Everything from hanging pictures to shelf installation. I called Andy On Call and have been using there services ever since. They are professional, reliable and know what they're doing. The extra step is the effort to insure I get the same person each time. I love that! The work has always been of good quality; I've never had to call them back for rework. I highly recommend the services of Andy On Call.

Very professional and pricing is within reason. We have used Andy on Call a handful of times at our office. Everytime they have sent someone out, they show up on time, are curtious, professional and finish the job. They take time to explain what issues may need to be addressed. We now have one guy who is our Primary that is sent out to service our building needs when needed. David, who answers the calls is wonderful, answers the phone quickly, and if you leave a message he follows up with you in a timely manner.
As a company who doesn't have someone on site, Andy on Call has been wonderful to work with. Highly recommend

David matched us up with Ken and Crystal to surprise my parent’s for their anniversary and fix their massive deck so they could use it again after 2 years.
On the hottest days we’ve had in a while, they worked sun up to sun down - and it is absolutely beautiful! My mom loves working on her flowers out there - thank you all so much for giving her that gift! Very unprofessional company! Undependable and untruthful. The scheduler (Chris) told me that the work would be done at the first appointment (a simple light fixture change). When Chad showed up, he said he couldn’t do that but said he would text me with an estimate from his boss, and told me he could do the work on Monday. He never texted. He never sent an estimate. I called on Monday morning to find out what time he was coming and he said he can’t come. He said he has 100 people knocking at his door and he just couldn’t get back to me. I asked why he said something COMPLETELY different at my house six days previously, and he didn’t even apologize for never contacting me back. Do not waste your time even scheduling this company.

I would like to like to say my experience with Chad at Andy On Call was 5 star. I started out with a tub enclosure and ended up having to have a new vent installed and a significant amount of wall repair done inside the shower and out. I have had Chad do work for me before. He is always courteous and professional. I never worry about what he is telling me because he is an honest man. He has a good work ethic and will work as Ling as it takes. If you need work done I definitely recommend Andy On Call.

Jason did a great job to repair cracked shower tiles and repaired an area on a corner of our deck that was separating.

Person that came to do the work was not clear with the pricing I asked was the amount that was quoted included everything he said yes twice and at the end of the service the price was higher because the amount did not include the spout like he stated it would.He went to get supplies and only needed 3 screws and he bought a pack of 100 screws and charged me for them and everything that was purchased on the second run to the store was more than the job required and I was charged for all of the surplus of materials. I asked for the remaining supplies since I purchased them but it was not necessary and the technician did not offer or bring them into the house, I had to ask for them to be left behind. If I would not have asked for them to be left behind he would have never mentioned it.

The issues was fixed by the technician but I do feel overcharged because of the order that the services were done.

AWFUL! When I called I was told service man would be there that day, give me estimate and repair. No call, no show . Tim Dyer showed up the next day, no call. Called to tell me 3 pvc cuts and some glue would cost $400.00. Lol. I told him no thank you. He tried to pressure pmt by lying saying he had been at my property for 4 hours trying to get a hold of me (he was there less than 1 hour). Came home to find he had done the repair without my permission and in the process splashed pvc cement (purple) on my walkway and entry stair. He then had the nerve to text me "thanks for wasting my day". It's illegal to make any unauthorized repair and unethical to take advantage of women let alone senioir citizens. Shame on you!

I had some work done around the house, and the guy was great, done some excellent work. I'm glad I called and definitely call next, too.

Chad has helped us out with a few projects, including most recently putting together a bunkbed for my girls. He has done a great job with every project, including cleaning up and carrying off the boxes and trash, and sweeping up afterwards.

We had an excellent experience with Andy On Call. Our handyman, Clint, was outstanding. We had a long list of major items that needed attention, including a very detailed molding match that we were worried might require specialized custom work. Clint was able to get it done beautifully without the extra hassle.

He put in long days to make sure the projects were finished in a timely manner, and he worked very clean and tidy throughout the process. The quality of his work speaks for itself, and on top of that, he brought a consistently positive and professional attitude. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Clint and Andy On Call to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and pleasant service.
