I am very pleased with every aspect of the job this company did repairing my deck. Brad did excellent job and Sara in the office is very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Carpenter Bo delivered better than I expected. I called at 1030am, Amy dispatched Bo. I told Bo what I needed and he did better than expected. It was a little pricey but I received immediate service, got more than I expected and have a one year warranty all before 4pm the same day. Thanks Bo and Amy. Had some bathroom subfloors replaced and a little framing done. Handyman did an excellent job. Took 2 days. He was good about communicating and also good he had a question. Company was responsive for scheduling and notes. Free quote prior and they came in $100 under

Our carpenter Kolton was wonderful. He did an outstanding job on our deck, replacing weatherstripping and painting. He arrived on time, did not waste time. He was very professional. The cost was more than I expected, but he did run into some problems we didn't know about. I was very much pleased with his work and with him.

The professionals at Mr. Handyman did great work at our house. They installed three different walls with drywall, mudded, and painted. The workmanship is superb and the walls look beautiful. They also caught some electrical issues that were not up to code and fixed those as well. It has been so easy working with these folks. I couldn’t recommend them more for your home improvement needs.

High ceiling fan installation. The positives are their quick response to the request and they came on time or called to come early. The tech had to come back twice to get the fan/light wired correctly. He had difficulty as the ceiling is very high and the electrical box was smaller than needed. He remained pleasant throughout despite the difficulty. We now have to work with the home builder as the electrical box is no longer flush with the beam. We thought pricing was high even though they discounted the 2nd visit.

We had a great experience with Mr. Handyman of Chattanooga. Their team was fast, professional, and well-priced, with excellent communication throughout the process. They were very easy to work with and did a great job helping us repair a customer’s drywall. Highly recommend.

Mr. Handyman was quick to respond with the asked for two project estimates. Both estimates were accurate and reasonable. Once the decision was made, the communication to and from Mr. Handyman was excellent and timely. The work performed was of excellent quality by their technician Brad, who was very personable. The project was accomplished safely (30 ft in the air) and looks wonderful. Mr. Handyman did a great job for our church!

The process of the inspection was real good and straight forward, but once it came to the actual work it wasn't as great.
I had a whole shower remodel with the subfloor under needing replaced due to water damage. When discussing what to do we mentioned just keeping our showers doors that we already had and put on the new stand. That wasn't done and they ordered complete new ones, but that wasn't mentioned until the last day.
When putting on the new trim on the walls, it doesn't line up right and it has a gap on the top, I'll have to have it fixed again.
The patching along the shower was very messy and all over the side of the new shower.

--Update--
Terry and Bo came back out and fixed everything that was previously stated before. They installed the shower doors well, fixed the bog gap on the wall trim and the three holes that were left from before.

Terry was extremely fast, knowledgeable and professional. I will be using this service again for any home needs. He replaced my kwik set bolt locks and took the time to explain things. Very impressed with this service.

I called Mr. Handyman for a job at my home. It was a pleasant experience from the beginning. Easy to set up, scheduled around my needs and quoted me a very agreeable price.

Terry came as scheduled, right on time and very professional. He completed in the quoted time and I was very pleased with the results.

I hired this company to come out and correct two interior doors in a house that we recently bought. The handyman told me that he would be able to fix the doors that were currently installed to where they would close and latch. He did not give me any indication as to how much this would cost, not even a ballpark range. He was here for 1.5 hours, And the total bill was $277. I asked how much of that was labor and how much was materials. He answered that there was no charge for materials, and that all of it was labor. If you do the math that comes out to $185 an hour in labor charge. Even after the work was done The doors do now close but have a very poor finish, not indicative of 185$/hr quality. Light can be seen through all three sides when the door is closed. Needless to say, I was very dissatisfied with the quality of work and will not be using the company again.

This was my first experience with Mr. Handyman, and I am very happy to share my appreciation of all that this involved. First, the appointment, reminders, photo of technician, and tracking arrival is important to me as a woman living alone in the city. Second, the estimate provided proved correct - no worries about finding more money at the end. Most importantly, third: the work done was excellent in every way. My project involved dry wall repair in two areas ( after installation of new ceiling fixtures) but also to make a small repair to a previous (imperfect ) job. All work was done according to schedule with a beautiful result. I would also like to add that while this project cost a little more than expected I fully support higher pay for skilled craftsmen and the needed technical support at the local level. I have had my share of hiring a second person to finish the botched repair of another. Hopefully, with Mr. Handyman that is all in the past!

Chad installed lattice around our deck and showed up everyday in this hot weather to work. We were impressed with his work ethic.

Great job. Cleaned up after finishing. Worked our job in as soon as possible. Third time to use AOC and will use them again.

Kevin repaired a sheet rock problem. He arrived on time and replaced 2 panels of sheet rock. He also identified a problem that caused the sheet rock problem and added new 2x4's to support the 2 damaged panels.
