Our technician was Lynn. He arrived on time, and gave us a quote to remove damaged vinyl trim and replace it. After measuring, he drove back to the shop to custom cut what we needed. He returned and fixed it in less than an hour. The whole process from calling to set up the appointment to the actual installation was efficient and well done. We will definitely use their services again.

Technician Bo always arrived on time for quite a few jobs i had around the house of varying complexity: carpentry, electric, etc. He was adeptly skilled at all, which i liked since I prefer communicating with one person as opposed to multiple people. Can't always get that, but nice when its possible. He was courteous, clean up thoroughly and even made helpful recommendations. Will certainly call again when services are needed

They showed up on time and were efficient in locating my problem. The technician jokingly says he would try to keep it below $3,000. I told him the estimate the receptionist had given me on the phone, which was well under $3,000. Now, I totally understand that she didn't really know the scope of the work and it could be more. He laughed and said " well she doesn't have to climb on the roof!" I never heard from him again. Very unprofessional!

Called the day of service and cancelled appointment . Whatever customer they were servicing was more important than me. Wanted to reschedule, I called another vendor.!

Brad was at my house for 2 days. Repaired my deck, dry wall damage and other misc chores. He is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him highly.

They did a great job on my bathroom floor. Everything went as expected and the estimate they gave was spot on. I even use these guys to do work at the store I manage and they’ve always been very professional and prompt with wonderful results. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good handyman.

Great experience with Mr Handyman’s services. We had a deck that needed stairs and several boards replaced. Terry came out for the estimate quickly and quoted us a better price then several others we had out to look at the project. We were scheduled to be taken care of with the following weeks and today we have a completed repair job and our deck has never looked better! I highly recommend giving them a call, Jennifer was very nice to work with and coordinate our scheduling. Very nice people and great work, the final invoice even came out lower then the original quote!

My deck hadn't been touched probably since the house was built. It was power washed and resealed. Now it looks rejuvenated and will hopefully last even longer. Thanks Brad!

Mr. Handyman is a company that provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. As the customer, this made me feel confident that I would get a job well done. I wasn't disappointed. My Handyman Brad gave an overview of the entire project be explaining each step. The project consisted of repairing and replacing soffit on all sides of our house. This was difficult work. But Brad never complained. Always positive. And the finished job was outstanding! Highly recommended!

We worked with Brian, and he has been absolutely wonderful to work with…he is professional, with great attention to detail and deep knowledge on a range of home issues and project types. They were on time and extremely communicative. The service isn’t cheap - you should expect to pay for labor and the cost of materials these days, but you get what you pay for in quality and in the time saved trying to do something yourself that you may not have experience in at the cost of whatever else matters to you. I found all the staff to be fair-minded, honest, and responsive. Brian exceeded our expectations, finding ways to improve the project we hadn’t even thought of that didn’t require additional time. I also like the fact that this franchise is woman-owned. Recommend - and if the technician they send isn’t right for your project in your view, my advice would be to address it quickly and know that the company as a whole really does care about customer service and quality.

Amy communicated very well and kept me up to date through the whole process, from scheduling to sending the before-and-after pictures. Bo was very nice, efficient, and took extreme care in completing the job. I would definitely recommend them and will likely use them again!

Brad was so helpful! I use a wheelchair and have some movement issues and I needed help anchoring my sink in my bathroom so it wouldn’t come away from the wall every time I held onto it for support. He came over and helped to troubleshoot the issue and found a solution all in the course of maybe one and a half hours! I was so grateful and he was so kind and respectful.
