So, contacted this group and after 3 days of no response, I finally got a return call .. and set an appointment. After seeing so many good reviews, I had very high hopes. Appointment was confirmed verbally and through email. Then, on the appointed day - no one showed, no one called, no one contacted me till .... 45 minutes after the appointed time and told me to wait a few hours, they would show up. I don't think so. Not impressed.

We have some very minimal damage to our house from the Chattanooga tornado that just blew through. I'm at home and a random dude from Ace Handyman Services is taking pictures of my house with his cell phone! I confront him and he says his boss gave him our information to get a quote on our damage. We DID NOT contact anyone to come to our home to estimate our damage!! This ambulance chaser is trying to rack in on other's misfortune! Beware!! I'd post a pic of his truck with the "Ace Handyman Services" logo on it but for some reason, it won't let me. 😡😡😡😡

Anita Graves, Randy with Ace handyman was excellent in plumbing my sink in kitchen and repairs in bathrooms. Always on time and courtesy was a excellent trait!!! I would recommend him anytime.

Lance communicated well, was on time, and very helpful to resolve the current issue and even fixed the pipes to make sure it didn’t happen again.
