They did a massive moving job for us and were absolutely top notch. Communication was great, pricing was lower than expected, the movers (John J and Mell B) were so kind and did an incredible job. They were so personable and worked very hard to make our moving experience perfect. Mission accomplished.
We’ve worked with a couple other moving companies in the past and Good Guys is the only company we will ever use moving forward.
Many other companies are just outsourcing companies that charge you for the move then subcontract to another company to move you. There are pricing surprises on move day from the subcontracted company and major communication breakdowns in these situations. It’s was so wonderful that Good Guys is the one who does the whole process- flawlessly may I mention. We are so pleased.

Chandler and his crew were awesome! They were super careful with our stuff, very respectful to us, and the final cost was less than we expected!

They picked up and delivered appliances i ordered from Costco. Kevin was extremely helpful as I left clothes in the dryer they picked up! He called me and I was able to pick them up. Excellent service

Refinishing hardwood floors can be daunting, however Good Guys to the rescue. They were extremely professional and courteous and this job to me was intense. There are lots of options for moving companies in Chattanooga, but the most efficient company is Good Guys Moving Company. There are many reasons that I say this was the best move I have ever made in my lifetime. Tommy and Kevin were exceptional. From the start of the morning to the absolute end of the afternoon, these two guys were very proficient and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for their moving needs. When I called to make a reservation for the moving day, I had the greatest service and everything was very clear and precise. I will tell you they cared for our belongings as if they were theirs, and that was very refreshing. Hopefully, I will not have to move in the near future again, but if I do, I know good guys moving will help me again.

Great job in moving today! Mel, Jeremiah and Jason were fast and professional. They helped us setup the rooms and try out our furniture in different areas. We had a difficult piano move, down a steep hill, and they did it perfectly. The job was completed sooner than I expected, and the bill was 20% less than quoted.

We have used another moving company for the last several moves, but decided to hire Good Guys this time and are so glad that we did! I was impressed, starting with the first phone call! I spoke to a kind and knowledgeable real person who answered all of my questions. One of the first indications of the caliper of this company came in discussing the number of trucks and men that would be needed for our move. She explained that they would send two trucks and four men, and that they do that for a more efficient move, and also to protect their employees from straining and possibly getting injured from too long of a day. I was impressed that the company cares so well for their employees!

On moving day Tim, Chandler, Bryce and Caleb did a fantastic job and even made the move fun with their joking and positive attitudes. They treated our furniture with care and made sure we were happy with the placement of each piece.

We had a new 500lb. double oven that had been delivered earlier to our garage and I was concerned about how we would get it up several steps and into the kitchen. Two of them strapped the oven between them and effortlessly brought it inside!

I was extremely happy with my in-state move done by Good Guys out of Chattanooga! My crew (Tim F., Kyle C., Caleb S., Dakota and Zay) were very professional. They took good care of my furniture, and particularly great care with the items I identified as delicate or valuable to me!
