Called Ace to have some exterior repairs done following the Easter tornado to replace some siding, a metal roof panal, and the screen on the porch. Had the work done, and it was originally not what I expected for the price. But Randy came out and made things right, and can finally enjoy a bug-free porch again. I appreciate a business that goes out of their way to make sure a customer is satisfied. These guys will take care of you.

This is the second time we have used Ace’s Handyman Service. The work “Will” and “Ellie” performed was done with efficiently, accurately, and timely! We are VERY PLEASED with the job they performed and will highly recommend the Ace Handyman Service!

I called in and talked to Randy. He asked for a couple of photos of my problem. I sent him my photos and within minutes he called back to discuss my issues! We worked the problem over the phone, and he saved me a ton of money on how to fix it myself! I didn’t know how to start and he was gracious enough to let me know I could fix it simply and cheaper! Not a lot of businesses will do that these days! A huge thank you to Randy! I would definitely recommend calling them for any of your handyman needs! I will use them in the future for sure! Hope this helps others looking for an honest handyman in the future!

Mike was the contractor. We felt he did a fair job but did not hang the ceiling fan or add the thermostat, which were both included in the price quote. He hung a light but there was a gap in the ceiling which he totally disregarded. He painted the walls and left paint on the ceiling. He did offer to come back to hang the ceiling fan after we bought another one but when we tried to reach him, he would not respond.
I called the company and spoke with Randy, who said he would send a check to reimburse us for the services that were quoted but not done.
I tried calling Randy after waiting more than a week and my message was not returned.

I would NOT recommend this company due to the poor work and lack of integrity demonstrated.

randy came out last week to swap out a leaky kitchen faucet and replace a couple shutoff valves that no longer work. did a great job and overcame some issues that he ran into like a pro. we've had him do work for us for years now and his work has always held up great. fast service that you can rely on and and it very fairly priced.

We hired Ace Handyman Services to replace the crown molding in our dining room. He pulled off 3 pieces of the old crown molding and started cutting the new molding. He cut 3 corners for the molding but messed up all 3 cuts. After spending about 2 hours he said his saw wasn’t working right and they would have to send someone else to finish the job. I called the office manager and she adjusted the price to $264 and said she would sent someone else the next day but the cost would start over again. I told her my dining room was in a mess and I should’ve have to pay again. I didn’t have confidence that they could do the job so I told her I would find someone else. Now the dining room is in worse shape than it was when they got here and I’m out $264. Don’t use these people if you need crown molding repair.

We are very pleased with the work that Curtis did (Ace Hardware Handyman). He was communicative, knowledgeable and skilled and he took extra care in all that he did to our home. We will reach out to Ace again and would love to work with Curtis.

Randy did a great job for me. He was very professional and contacted me to set up the appointment and arrived promptly. He installed a PVC pipe on my A/C condensation pipe to take the water away from the foundation. He also put up some brackets in my garage to hold ladders. I will definitely use ACE Handyman Services in the future and certainly recommend. Thanks Randy! Great work and conversation!

Everything was done without shortcuts. I use to be able to do these tasks but now that I need someone else to do them, Mr. Handyman is the only one I will have do them.

Bo did an excellent job of repairing the screen door on my porch. He was very quick to recognize the problem with the door and to complete appropriate repairs. Would definitely recommend Mr Handyman.

Thank you Nelson for repairs at my mother’s house. Thank you for repairing my mother’s front door framing and installing a new storm door at the backdoor. Extra special thank you for going the extra mile to take care of an exchange at Home Depot for a storm door that was delivered with damages. Instead of rescheduling and leaving the exchange up to us, Nelson took care of it and kept us on track for all work to be done as scheduled. Thank you for taking care of us.

Bo came in and put my couch together. He replaced my light bulb for my light fixture and hung my shower rod/curtain for me. He was very friendly and did a great job! I would recommend Handyman of Chattanooga to everyone!

Handyman Brad was professional and efficient. He did a good job, cleaned up and was very pleasant. He fixed both a door that wouldn’t catch and installed a dog window. The job price is high, but if you’re willing, Mr. Handyman does an excellent job.

I understand and appreciate this multi services that you offer. And I understand things are very expensive now, so it was a little hard for me to realize that I had to pay $100 an hour for the services.

The Handyman arrived on time to do the job. Got right to it and completed in a timely manner. Cleaned up after he was done. I recommend Mr Handyman and Mr Colton very highly.

I have never left a negative review in my life, but I just called to ask for a quote to repair a dishwasher and they took all my information down, and then said they don't do anything with dishwashers. So I do know why they wasted 20 minutes of my and their time, and took information, if they can't use it. Very sketchy.

Kolton Kruzic was extremely efficient, caring and fixed my problems perfectly. He listened to my issues about the problems needing fixed.

Jason was very professional and extremely knowledgeable! He assessed the issue and quickly repaired my gutters. I would highly recommend Mr. Handyman for any type of repair!

Brian was thorough and detailed in repairing an outside utility door. He fixed hinges, sanded, painted, installed new lock. Great job!
