HVAC reviews in Chattanooga, Tennessee

Thankful for this company! They are always available and there when you need them! Very fast, friendly, great knowledge! Thank you Chase Plumbing and Mechanical!

My review is a little different. I have noticed this company is a vary racist company that only hires its family and friends. Its 2018 people wake up please. I personally will never use them and hope they change the company image really soon...

Pricey when it comes to home repairs vs businesses, Chase has fixed a leaking pipe in my front yard twice in the same spot and can't get it right, time to use another service, just hate I lost money and still having same problem. Beware homeowners don't use this company.

We recently had another contractor come out to look at our sewage line and it needs to be replaced. When I called to ask for an estimate to replace the line they wanted to charge us $69 to come out and look at the job just to provide us an estimate for the work.
No other contractor has asked to be paid to provide an estimate for the replacement. Was a little disappointing. Know before you call. -
Was pretty happy with the original installation in spite of the cost ($1000 for a water heater). Have become disappointed when the control valve started leaking gas and the 24 hour emergency service was not available or available to at least answer the phone. So, cold showers and called someone else.

Eddie came to our home on Saturday 3/17 to snake our line! He told me that wasn't going to fix the problem so he ask was it ok to come back the next day with the water jet to clear the line. Which was very ok with and on top of the that with a convenient time for when we got out church! Eddie was very friendly and professional! Would recommend him anytime!

This establishment knew Job A (more expensive) was not the intended problem to be fix but they did it anyway. Unfortunately, the same plumbing issue happen again and it was later confirmed Job B should have been fix. Like seriously, if this business would have fix the problem initially the "honest" way then everything else could've been avoided.
Bad company & very poor services that resulted in their trust & integrity as a complete nightmare. Frustrated, Stay away!
Now we had to find another company to fix Job B and our plumbing problems are successfully done. -
I think the guys name was Jack, who initially came out and diagnosed my problem with my hvac unit..I needed a new unit, when it was time to install my unit, Ethan and another guy arrived at the scheduled time, completed the installation and cleaned up after themselves. They all were prompt, professional and very pleasant. I would highly recommend this company.

This is a dirty shameful excuse of a company. They sold us and installed a $12,000 roof unit, and within months had issues, was charged to work on this new unit. Then we couldn’t get parts that we’re covered under warranty, but couldn’t get them. 14 months later had to buy a completely new unit. Meanwhile Chase refused to work on the unit they installed, and refused to help with any warranty problems with the manufacturer.

Cleveland Utilities notified me of a huge increase in my water usage and we all know what that means. Ugh.
Since I'm relatively new to the area, I called my nephew and he recommended Chase, and boy was I glad he did. They were extremely professional and understanding and made an appointment for me the very next day. Demetrius showed up the next day and within minutes found where the leak was coming from and got busy fixing it right away. He explained everything to me as he was working so I would know what the problem was and exactly what he was doing to fix it. I appreciated him not treating me like I needed to read the book, "Plumbing for Dummies!"
I was extremely pleased with the work Demetrius did and even more pleased with the price of the repair.
I highly recommend Chase for anyone with plumbing issues. -
I recently opened a newly constructed wine bar, and Zack worked with us until the job was perfected! Very pleased and received a 100% on my initial health inspection! Would recommend!

We were charged $548.94 to replace a wax ring on a toilet at our daughter’s home in Chattanooga, TN. This was a simple, routine repair.
The real problem is that no estimate, quote, or price range was provided at any time before the work was completed. She was never told she was agreeing to anything close to $550. Like most homeowners, she reasonably expected standard pricing for a basic repair. Had the cost been disclosed upfront, we would have declined service immediately.
Being presented with an unexpectedly massive bill after the work is done puts customers in an unfair position and shows a serious lack of transparency. Regardless of how the company justifies its pricing internally, customers deserve clear, upfront communication before work begins.
If you’re considering this company, do not proceed without a written estimate in hand, even for the simplest job.
The final charge was $548.94 and the invoice had absolutely no breakdown whatsoever. After asking for a more detailed billing statement, they sent one that showed: $75 for service call; $73.94 for a wax ring kit; and $400 for Labor and Material Service Work. -
