We had a power surge.air conditioner nest read no power. Technician comes out..goes under house and see power switch was off. He flipped switch. This was not a repair...yet we were charged $238. Wow.....total rip off....I feel like I was literally robbed.

Parker was the tec that came out and was very good and explained a lot about the what he was doing. Very pleased with his performance.

Jake arrived right on time,, went through all the repairs with me and completed them in a timely manner. Excellent service as always!

Responded quickly, great price, great service, installed a full new system within the week.

Even installed a concrete pad underneath.

This is the first time that I used North Georgia Heating and Air. My very old Trane heat pump stopped working. I was very pleased with the quick response I received from this company. I decided to get a new unit instead of repairing the old. North Georgia was able to get the new Trane heat pump installed the very next day. The installation team arrived when expected, were very efficient, and did a quality job. I highly recommend North Georgia Heating and Air.

No one likes having to replace their HVAC system. However from the consultation on what model would best suit my home to the removal of the old system and installation of the new system was seamless. Everyone was very hardworking, courteous, professional and friendly.

N. Ga. Heat and Air installed my Heat/AC system in 2020. They have completed annual maintenance on it yearly since installation and I have been very pleased with their service. All of the employees I have encountered have been prompt, courteous and professional. I have made several referrals to family and friends for them and will continue using them as needed.

I had a broken AC unit. That was until I decided to call these folks out, and they did exactly what I needed to be done. They came to me, kept communication, and was transparent with their services. 10/10 recommend for anybody needing HVAC work.

This place is a scam with nothing but crooks that work there. My parents had a blower motor go out in their 12 year old unit and they told them there was no point in replacing it bc 10 years is about all you get out of a unit. Which is a lie, they offer 10 year warranties on new units. If 10 years was all you got out of a unit, then they wouldn’t warranty them for 10 years. They talked them into putting a $2000 deposit down on a new $10,000 unit. There is absolutely no way a new unit their size costs that much. Anyways, I replaced their $700 blower motor for them, took about 30 minutes and saved them $9300. I would not recommend North Ga Heating and Air to anyone. They will take advantage of you. STAY AWAY. If I could leave zero stars I would.

We have used NGH&A since we moved into our new home 3 years ago. They are very professional, courteous, and fast. We had one emergency call due to a mfg issue since we started using the . Their service which we use with a seasonal contract also is top notch. Couldn't ask for a more professional company. Call them once and your done, none of this jerking you around, straight forward, and reasonably priced.

I purchased a a brand new two and a half ton train air conditioning unit from North Georgia heating and air in 2023.. I came home the other night and it was cold and I could not get the heat to come on. So I called the emergency number and it was around 8:30ish I want to say.. I spoke with a very nice guy, I asked him to walk me through what I could do from my end with his help guiding me. And he realized that it was something other than what I could do from my end. So he came out and he was here within 7 minutes. A fuse had blown on the outside and he fixed it came inside told me what it was set my thermostat in the house he probably wasn't here 17 minutes. I'm so thankful. I could not believe how quick he came how quick he fixed the problem and I wasn't charged a dime. The guy was so nice and respectful.

The service Tech., Jacob, was very professional and efficient . He also went out of his way to make sure I was happy with his service. He also pointed out a vulnerability for one of my units for not having a surge protector for it. A good recommendation that I agreed with. I ended up having him install one. I would highly recommend him and his service to my friends.
