Professional, polite, efficient, fair price and super knowledgeable! Dakota quickly diagnosed my home HVAC unit issue and had it repaired in about 45 minutes along with a bi-annual maintenence inspection. I will be a repeat customer!

Got three quotes from local companies (Reliable, Action, & Malone) and Malone was the best priced and quickest to get me on the books. In one day I have a completely new HVAC system and am finally enjoying the AC again in my home. Jimmy Malone, owner, actually came to my house and advised me on what I should and maybe shouldn’t do with my situation (12 year old frozen up Gibson HVAC). I went with a new Trane HVAC and am very pleased. The install guys even showed me the unit and some preventative maintenance I can do on my own to keep it running in top shape. Thoroughly impressed with the service and speediness of the folks at Malone. Would recommend!

Jeff was our service tech. He was very polite answered all our questions and was very efficient and knowledgeable about his job. It was a very a stressful situation for us but it didn't take him long to calm our nerves. We have used Malone for all our heating and air needs, and will never use anyone else. All of the tech have been great, but we will definitely be requested Jeff again.

Purchased a brand new split unit and it broke 6 times within the first two weeks. They did extend my warranty and came out each time. I decided to then buy a new main unit from them. It’s only a couple months old and has stopped working twice in the coldest nights. No one answers the “emergency line”. Absolutely awful

After resolving multiple installation issues, I hope we have turned the corner.

Malone was courteous and willing to respond promptly to the issues I raised about the dehumidifier not performing as expected. These issues were a surprise to me because they reflect multiple fundamental misunderstandings with how the product was installed. They fixed them one by one and were always prompt in responding to my feedback.

Lastly, the real difference seems to be related to a well-known problem with the ecobee thermostat drawing air from inside an air duct rather than the room.

I found the problem, and sealed up the hole behind the thermostat with silicone as the instructions (in the users manual) said to do.

The performance immediately changed.

I showed this to the tech before he left and he understood.

So “A” for effort, “D” for installation errors, and “D” for failing to identify the problem that, when fixed, made a real difference…”C-“ overall.

Malone didn’t quit. Very good, and I’d use them again.

We were not current customers of this company but they were willing to come out and help with our unit that wasn't cooling on a very hot day. Chris was very knowledgeable and got our unit running. We will be using Malone from now on.

Jeff was polite and briefly explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He finished the work in less time than he estimated and had me sign the invoice when he was finished. He tested my unit and verified that the heating section worked. He worked efficiently. The part was replaced under warranty and so there was no cost to me.

When our AC died, I found Malone through many recommendations on Reddit. Sure enough, our tech Tyler was awesome. He quickly identified and fixed the problem, didn't try to upsell us on anything despite our AC unit being much older than a normal lifespan, and even gave us some energy efficiency and maintenance tips we could do ourselves. The cost was totally fair and reasonable too!

We definitely will be using Malone in the future and requesting Tyler if he's available!

Sorry Jimmy, this is for Austin. I did not see his picture. He went above and beyond the maintenance. He cleaned out the blower and did the maintenance on the furnace. I only had one other tech who went beyond and cleaned the coils on the spring maintenance. I have been a loyal customer for over ten years. Now I would hope in the future that the techs give the service Austin did and not complete the job in less than thirty minutes which I am use to with your service!!

I would not recommend this company if my life depended on it. One of their sales people giving one of my neighbors a quote left the gate open after she told them two times to close the gate because her dog runs. Of course he gets out comes over to my house Riles up my pets while I had company visiting with their pets. I had to get in the middle of all the chaos and I got bit. I called and reported this to the company and they said they would forward it to the owner and I have heard nothing from them. It is 3 minutes till 5:00 they've had 6 hours to get back in touch with me. Think twice before calling this company or referring them as they are totally irresponsible.
