I recently had two AC units installed at my property. Rusty was the technician that did the work and he was a pleasure to work with. I had many questions about the units and the install and he was able to answer them and give me the confidence the job will be done right. I had other estimates but Scenic City stood out to me not only for the price but the professionalism and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend!

Shane is amazing! I appreciateed him squeezing us in on a Friday evening for our air conditioning that went out the night before. He arrived with a smile and was quick and efficient. We’ve used these guys to replace our unit last year. We had a great experience then. We made a service call because our house is running 6 to 8 degrees over what the thermostat is set on. Chad came out and was rude and condescending to myself and my wife. I eventually had to ask him to leave. He didn’t appreciate us asking questions. We just wanted info around if we needed to have the ducts cleaned. He also told us that Malone should have installed a bigger unit. Worst experience considering the amount of money we’ve spent with them and were planning to spend again.
Update: The owner/manager reached out within an hour of leaving this review which I appreciate. He offered to come out himself and sit down and see what needs to be done. This is more of the service experience we had in the past with Malone.

I can't recommend this company enough. They did such a fantastic job on my house replacing the duct work in my crawl space! Not to mention, their quote came in cheaper than a couple of other companies I had initially looked into. It was so easy and pleasant to work with them from the very beginning. Brandon who worked with me on the contract and later coordinated all the work was super friendly and knowledgeable, he patiently explained everything to me in great detail, gave me a couple of different options on the redesign and I learned so much from him in the process. He was very responsive and easy to get in touch with, even when I had questions days after the work was completed. The techs who did the installation were also super professional and knowledgeable, even when an electrical problem came up because my house is quite old, they handled everything with ease, poise and care. I almost couldn't believe that in today's world such professionalism and level of humanity still exists. I highly recommend Malone Heat and Air, would give them 6 stars if I could.

Brad has made repairs on our unit a few times now and he always responds super quickly even though we know how busy he is in the middle of the summer. He is courteous, honest, and thorough. 10/10!!!

Malone has always taken great care of us. They kept our 25+ year old unit running as long as it was practical until we finally had them replace it. Since then they have taken great care of any minor issues and maintenance. Our last technician was Jeff, who was a total pro and great to work with.

Best Experience Ever!!! 2 Heating an Air company s came to look at my about to be 81 unit said they would order parts but never came back or call. I ran into someone that worked for Malon Heating and Air a within 24 Hours my Mother had a NICE COOL HOUSE… THANKS TO MALONE HEATING AND AIR!!!

AC suddenly stopped cooling. Outside compressor made buzzing sound but would not start. Called for service at 4:30 on a Friday, not expecting much. Pleasantly surprised by friendly efficient response that they would have somebody out to me that afternoon. Jeff called less than an hour later to say he was on his way. He arrived shortly and immediately got to work. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty capacitator and was done in less than an hour. I am very pleased with the service.

Service guy was excellent. He came checked out my heat/air unit came and told me what was wrong and fixed it.
