I was so happy withe service Michael and Best provided! They were on time and efficient and solved my problem very quickly. The professionalism and commitment to solving my problem is second to none! I wish other companies, especially in this type of industry were more like Best. They could all learn a thing or two about how customer service. The expertise and knowledge Michael had, and the patience to explain it to me in a way I would understand so that I was able to make a decision, was far beyond anything I've experienced. I can't say enough good things about their service and this company!

Michael with Best was beyond helpful! He came by (in the pouring rain) to replace a capacitor in my HVAC unit within 24 hours of my online service request! I couldn't have asked for better service.

During a recent week of 90+ degree heat, our pump quit working. No one else could come out for 5 days or more, but Michael and his crew showed up the next day, diagnosed the issue, and came to replace the unit the very next day! Their work was meticulous and professional, and greatly appreciated! Just good people.

Micheal from Best Heating and Air answered my call immediately and had a plan ready to get me fixed up within minutes. He showed up before I had to go to work and had my system running perfectly in a very short time. He was honest and upfront about pricing, and got me repaired for less than I had expected to pay from researching. I recommended him to a friend and he fixed them up too. My AC unit had struggled to keep up during the mini heat wave last week and I was worried. Michael was very quick and responsive, having an opening that evening (on a Friday) to come and check out my unit.

The unit was on its last legs and it was determined that it was time to replace the unit which was 18yrs old. It was time to replace and Micheal was able to get me in on the following Tuesday to replace the whole unit at a VERY fair and reasonable price, especially with some of the other companies in the area.

Contacted Best Heating and Air Conditioning when I noticed a possible issue with one of my main AC units at my home. Their response was quick and the issue was resolved right away! Mike analyzed my problem with almost no cost!! With the recent heat reaching near 100 degrees with a heat index of 107, it would be easy for AC companies to charge customers more money for repairs! The compressor on our Goodman AC Condenser wasn't turning on, causing our AC to blow warm air. I texted Best Heating and Air Conditioning on Sunday evening and Michael showed up at noon the next day.

It took him less than 20 minutes to figure out and fix the issue. AC now works perfect and the compressor is MUCH quieter as well. He was very kind, professional and took the time to answer all questions I asked him. I'm very glad I went with them instead of Metro or Home Depot!

I highly recommend Best Air & Heating! Michael, the owner, personally came to check out my existing unit and gave me a quote for a new one, per my request. I had four quotes done and Michael was the ONLY one that followed up. On the day of the installation, he came to make sure everything was set up and running correctly. On top of that, he came back a day or two later to check on everything again! Superior service!!!!

Michael from Best was amazing! Our heater suddenly stopped working on a Sunday night (that happened to be when the temps were plummeting into the teens) and I frantically sent out a ton of messages to a bunch of heating and air companies, knowing it would be a reach to get someone out on the weekend after hours. Most either didn't reply or tried to diagnose the problem over the phone, which of course was them saying that we probably needed a new unit. My friend mentioned that she knew Michael, who had been servicing her unit and all of her neighbors' units for years and that she trusted him completely. I messaged him and he responded immediately. He asked me a bunch of thoughtful questions, none of which suggesting that he wanted me to needlessly buy a new unit. He showed up to my house within 30 minutes, diagnosed and fixed the problem (not a new unit!) quickly and thoroughly, and then made sure that everything was working as it should be before he left. He did all of this for a very affordable price. He was kind, professional, timely, and I would trust him for any situation! I highly recommend him!

Fast and excellent service! Had an AC issue on Father’s Day and Ryan Hargrave came out to get us cooled off in no time. Professional and friendly service even with 3 dogs and a kid running around. He had our AC back to normal in no time and even provided some tips and tricks to help with our old home. Will use their service again and will likely do the yearly maintenance option they provide. I’d recommend them to my grandma.

Mike and Aron just came by and they were so awesome. Aron crawled down into my awful crawlspace without a complaint, and I’ve been down there, it’s pretty awful. Getting in and out is so gross and awkward and then being in there is no fun — and this is coming from some who enjoys caving. They were so professional, they wore their little booty things every time they came in my house so it was like they didn’t even come inside, so clean! They explained everything to me so I could understand, which I really appreciated. They knew what they were talking about. I trust their expertise. They were just so nice. They’re the kind of technicians that you know you could trust in your house when you’re not home. It was a really pleasant visit. If I have another heating or AC problem, I am for sure asking for them again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☺️

Mike was great. Called before he arrived and was very thorough. We thought we needed an airduct cleaning and he advised it wasn’t the main issue and that it was our AC unit itself that had dirty coils and needed a service, among other things. Super professional and honest.

After a misdiagnoses to begin with on an AC system, when the problem was found finally, they went above and beyond to take care of me. Giving my tenant a "portable" AC while we waited for parts for an extended time. They responded quickly every time I had an issue and stuck to their quotes even if it might have cost them more and even did a few things they did not charge me for. I will be forever appreciative. After being quoted a week earlier by another company that I needed to replace a small part and the cost would be $778, I declined, found the part on line for $52 and ordered it. I somehow in the meantime got my heat back up so I was good. About a week after the part arrived my heat went down again. I called Scenic this time. Unlike the other company who arrived late, Scenic came 2 hrs earlier than quoted. I did not tell the tech about the previous visit just to see how they would handle it. Scenic got my heat on and told me the problem was the part the other company wanted to charge $778 for. Scenic said it can be problematic over time and I should think about replacing it in the future. I asked how much and was quoted $261.00 installed. I then handed the tech the part I ordered and he installed it for $175.00 which included the service call. The point is Scenic won over a customer and I know I can trust them.

Scenic City Heating and Air provided me with a quote to replace my heat pump at my resident. I called back several times with questions and they provided answers within a reasonable timeframe. I selected them to replace my heat pump because they were knowledgeable and reasonable.
The crew was on time on the day of installation. They had the heat pump up and running the same day. A few times I would go out just to see how things were going. Everyone was courteous and particularly good at explaining to me what they were doing. My old heat pump was 22 years old, and the new heat pump really looked different.
My new heat pump required a change in the way the connections was coming into my house which also required a cover over the connections. The installers had to make a temporary cover for the connections to protect them from the weather. This was on a Friday, and they worked to make sure I had heat for the weekend but did not have time to make a permanent cover.
They came back on Monday to measure for the permanent cover. They came back on Tuesday and installed the cover and again was right on schedule.
The work they did was nice and neat. They did an excellent job cleaning up after installation of both the unit and cover. The new heat pump has really made a difference in heating my house. I would recommend Scenic City to anyone who requires heating and air replacement and maintenance.
