The most professional company in the area! They’ve installed a new Trane system for me & preformed my yearly tune ups for nearly a decade! They are always professional, courteous, and on time. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services or installation!

Had them out to inspect and perform maintenance on my AC unit, and also to replace the motor when it croaked. Didn't have to wait days or weeks and the repairs/replacement were fast, professional and quality. Wouldn't bother calling anybody else, and highly recommend.

Everyone associated with North Georgia Heating and Air are professional and prompt. Good quality (Trane) replacement done last year. We hope to get Garrett Gray again for our yearly checkup! He called before he came, was very polite, and answered all our questions. Very impressed.

The technicians Anthony and Parker were very professional in doing the installation of a new heat pump and the removal of the old unit. After the installation was complete they gave me thorough instruction on using the new system with a smart thermostat. They did a thorough check on all functions, heat, air, and emergency heater before leaving. When necessary for the to enter the house they put protective covers over their shoes so as not to track in any dirt

Had a technician named Chad come out to our home, was a stellar experience and educated me a first time homeowner on my system. He walked over to the system, shown me critical components and helped me understand my system all while helping me. I would 1000000% suggest this place to anyone in the Hixson/Lakesite area to use for any repairs they needed for their HVAC system, as for me and my family, we will be using them for the rest of our lives. Wonderful techs and wonderful people who care about your comfort and safety.

I just want to share my recent experience with North Georgia Heating & Air with an install. Anthony and Ethan, the two gentlemen, who handled the install were absolutely fantastic. Two very hard-working individuals who worked timelessly for two days straight and did an excellent job. They were incredibly respectful, courteous, detailed through the entire process. Their professionalism and dedication really stood out and I truly appreciate the quality of their work. In fact, all the individual I’ve encounter from Bryan in sales manager and Mike the install manager was all exceptional. Highly recommend.

We used them a bit ago because our AC wasn't working. The diagnosis was a faulty thermostat. They replaced it. It worked fine, but my heating doesn't work now. I have a heating company here and they said whoever put the thermostat on didn't plug all the wires in properly.

Michael saved the day when our heat went out in the middle of January. He came out within an hour of messaging him and had us warmed back up almost immediately. We will always recommend him to friends and family in need!

I used Best Heating & Air in the late spring when my upstairs A/C unit started blowing hot air one day. He came out at night and replaced the condenser for a reasonable price and got the A/C working swiftly.
Fast forward to today (late September), I've got an issue with my downstairs HVAC unit (15+ yrs old) and called the listed number multiple times over multiple days and left voicemails but no one answers or picks up the phone. Its like the business is shut down but google hasn't caught up with that.

Michael is very helpful and communicative on any project he has serviced for us! Have had him complete jobs for us for a while and will continue to do so

Arrived on time, with professional appearance & introduction. Entered my home, briefly spoke of access needed to diagnose the issue, and to my satisfaction wasted no time returning to me with a diagnosis. He explained his survey of the system and the specific repair needed to get me back to comfort. I agreed to the service repair proposed, with relative understanding of the scope of work to be performed. Upon completion of the service, and with an array of payment methods accepted, the experience much less of an interruption than my original concern forecasted.
I have inquired as to upgrades to system, and will approve further service and maintainence from this company.

Called for help late in the day. I had a full condensation pan that wasn’t draining and causing a leak in my bedroom. He came over very quickly and resolved the issue. I appreciated that he went above and beyond and checked everything else while he was here. Super nice! Will certainly call him again if needed.

Michael came out and serviced my unit during one of the hottest summer days. Informed me of the problem and what the process to fix it was going to be. I continue to recommend him and call on him when I need any help. He’s quick to respond and answer any questions I may have.
