Our HVAC blower went out on a Saturday night, which...wasn't ideal. I called Scenic City the next day, and Anthony was able to come out, diagnose the issue quickly, and fix it on the spot in a few minutes with a part he had on hand. He was friendly and professional, and our AC's been fine ever since. I'm glad I found Scenic City, because I was originally looking at a much longer wait for the diagnosis.

Ryan, was my technician and he went above and beyond to help me and my family get air back after it went out while we were out of town. He could have easily just told me to replace my unit, but he took the time to see if he could diagnose the issue to save me and my family a lot of money. A long story short, my house is colder than ever and I will definitely call Ryan and Scenic City Air the next time I need them.

Scenic city did a fantastic job fixing my parent's hvac unit. The owner Jonathan even came out late in the evening to help us out. Ryan did a great repair job the next day. The pricing was reasonable and the service was exceptional. I will use them again!

Super thankful for Scenic City's work on installing our new HVAC unit. The person who originally quoted us (Rusty) was excellent to work with and super helpful in answering all of our questions.

Their guys came out and had the new unit installed in one day despite rainy conditions. A second team then returned a few days later (at our request) to check the leveling of the unit and add gravel under the pad the unit is sitting on to protect against settling.

They were super responsive to our concerns and went above and beyond to ensure we were totally satisfied. I would for sure recommend these guys.

I arrived home on a hot Saturday to discover my air conditioner was broken. Scenic City was responsive to my call and soon Chris, the technician, called and said he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem quickly, kept me informed throughout the process, and even after encountering a surprise or two along the way with the system, had it up and running within an hour or so. For HVAC issues I will not call anyone but Scenic City and kudos to Chris for doing such an excellent job.

Great experience with this company. For $200 they will service your Furnace in the winter and AC in the spring. My technician was Aron and he was great. Very patient, answered all my questions, took pictures while he was in the unit to help me understand potential issues. Won’t be needing to look elsewhere for HVAC servicing

Our unit went completely out and had to have it replaced. Rob and Jayden were wonderful when installing the new unit, and answered all our questions. We will continue to use Scenic City for all our HVAC needs, as they always are accommodating when other companies haven’t been.

Anthony from Scenic City was fantastic. We came home to a very stuffy house after vacation, and he arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had our AC working again in no time. He was also very kind throughout the process. 10/10 recommend!

Aronnwas out to my house within 2 hours of the time I called for service on my air conditioning. He is professional and knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely manner. I have used Scenic City in the past with the same excellent service and will use them again.

We hired Scenic City for a long overdue replacement of a unit. They got us schedule fairly quickly. So far the quality of work seems great! They did leave the house with drop clothes on the floor, the ac running and the attic wide open. They did install during a rain storm and the drop clothes didn’t stop them from smearing mud all over the stairs, but it was done well and fast. 4 stars for leaving a job without picking up. I did inherit two drop clothes for whatever they might be worth.

We had a great experience with Scenic City H&A. The technician Ryan was so thorough & took his time to check everything to assure that we would have our house back to cooling in no time. The price I paid for the quality of his work was outstanding. I will be calling them again for all of my Heating & Cooling needs. It’s so nice to know that I now have a company that I Trust & that I know will do the job right every time.

I had the pleasure of having Mike Roy come to my home to provide an estimate for duct cleaning service, we were provided a quote and to my surprise/ excitement Mike was able to complete the job the same day. Thank you, Mike, so much for your hard work and for going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken of for us. Customer service at it's best!!!

Really enjoyed my experience with this company for the past few years til today. Tech Chris was kinda rude and seemed annoyed that he had to come service my broken unit (which is still broken). All the other techs have been great and informative. I’m looking to get a new unit in the very near future, but with my experience today I may take my business elsewhere. (Updated post) I did go forward with a new HVAC system with this this company (against my better judgment) The installers were both great and friendly, but were unable to get my new unit working. The GM had to come out and fix some crossed wires. There has been no testing to make sure my unit is working properly. A tech did come out to make sure I had enough coolant and asked for an extra 100.00 for my down payment. The new unit is running loud and making strange noise's and still not heating like a new unit ….and I feel like I just wasted 8000.00. This has been an overall terrible experience and will look elsewhere to fix future hvac needs.

Our house’s temp were up to the 80’s every single time. We’ve been having problems with lack of airflow and our unit freezing for the past few weeks and thought we had to get a new unit completely however our technician Anthony was super helpful! He came out on a Sunday and was efficient and knowledgeable! Turns out we just had to do some duct work and didn’t need refrigerant! Prices were reasonable and great too! Highly recommend and would use them again!

Great people, great service and great prices! Our A/C unit went out and Jonathan was at our home the same day to give a free estimate. He and his guys installed our new A/C unit and all new ductwork two days later. The work was done very efficiently and was completed in less than a day. We would highly recommend Scenic City to anyone for their heating and air needs.

Mike Roy is great. He came to give an estimate for duct cleaning. Within 10 mins we had an estimate and we were lucky enough that he had a cancellation and was able to take care of it same day. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was in good working order. Didn’t try to up sell but definitely let us know issues that needed to be addressed. Thank you Mike for all the hard work.

I gave a bad review recently and I would like to soften it somewhat. I have worked with Scenic City Heating and Air for over ten years. They have recently made my frustration over a bill disappear. They do good work and they are always professional, nice and responsive. They really are great to work with. Part of the issue was my not asking ahead of time what the charges would be. My air is not leaking water anymore and I am good to go. Thank you Scenic City for resolving my issue.

Wonderful, professional and thorough! We were interested in having out ducts cleaned since they have not been in the 5 years we have lived here. Mike Roy came out and explained the process and began immediately. My elderly mother lives with us and has COPD so he suggested an "air scrubber" to help alleviate harmful things in the air. We were so impressed with Mike we decided to purchase a maintenance agreement for them to keep everything clean and in working order.

He also got in our attic and saw that our bathroom vents were not vented properly and fixed that issue the same day.

Very impressed with the work ethic, the professionalism, how neat and tidy he kept our home, and how patient he was explaining everything to us.
