Michael at Best Heating and Air has performed repairs on my A/C unit a couple of times over the past few years. I was very appreciative that Michael had shown up on time and completed the repairs without delays or extra charges each time. I highly recommend Michael at Best Heating and Air for any and all installs or repairs.

Excellent communication when our unit went down following a severe storm. Michael had up back up and running less than 24 hours later with a completely new unit- and just in time for the 4th of July holiday. Highly recommend!

Best Heating and Air replaced my AC unit and Mike and his team was professional and quick. I had no surprise cost. Since then he as worked on my parents Heating and AC and the house next to them. He always try to get to your house as soon as he can and you can trust him to not have any cost.

They scheduled us in quickly, The repairman, Allen, arrived on time and was very respectful, he worked efficiently, quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. We had a fantastic experience. We had to replace the original AC unit on our house (it was manifactured before i was born). They were remarkably quick getting our new unit installed and running. They were very knowledgeable, timely, friendly, and answered any question we had even after the unit was installed and they had left. Since our ancient model was replaced our electric bill has plummeted drastically. We couldn't be happier.

Michael was prompt in responding to the emergency when a heat wave came through. My kids and I were unable to sleep due to how hot it was so he moved mountains to get the job done in a matter of hours! He was reasonable with pricing as well! He was a joy to speak with and I can’t recommend him enough!

Great response time and completely fixed 2 issues we were having. I called Michael first with a ductless unit that wasn't that all of a sudden wasn't draining after a year and half. It was fixed quickly and at a fair price. Then at a time when I'm sure HVAC maintenance was in extreme demand our top floor unit stopped blowing cold air. He had tech to tell him exactly what the issue was and parts available to fix it on the spot. Again, couldn't be happier and will call with any future issues.

Appropriate name the BEST. Michael nursed my old unit for a couple of years with prompt service. When it came time to get a new one Michael laid out my options and we are very happy with the quality of the unit. And as usual the service was excellent

I have had Best Heating and Air service my HVAC units multiple times. They are very responsive and price is reasonable. He has not tried to up sell me a new unit but clearly laid out the options and rough magnitude of cost for each option. I will continue to them.

I have now used Best multiple times over a few years after another company did a sloppy installation on both my units. In a bind without AC, Michael will do what he can to get to you ASAP.

He’s very knowledgeable and thoroughly understands HVAC and doesn’t cut corners. He’s happy to answer your questions and is very transparent in diagnosing your problems.

Michael has been incredible! My AC had two (unrelated) issues within a week and both times he was so quick to get me in and fix the issue. He showed me the issues and gave me a lot of information about my HVAC system that I really appreciated. He was so great to work with and I will continue to work with him in the future without a doubt. He is obviously knowledgeable and does really honest work. Feels like a lucky find!!

Michael literally saved the day. We noticed the other morning that although our AC was on, the temp in the house was getting higher and higher. I started calling around and every place I called wouldn't be able to get us in for at least a day or two. Michael let me know he could work us in that afternoon. Needless to say, I was thrilled. Once he arrived, he explained he was certain that our capacitor had died and then explained how I could check on my own if it was the capacitor that had died without all the fancy gadgets. And when he hooked up his gadgets, yep, it was the capacitor. He also did a check to make sure the AC didn't need any Freon. All in all, it was an excellent experience: Michael is kind, professional, and the price was very reasonable.

Michael was a referral! He came out when he said he would without any delay. Addressed the problem that I was having with my air conditioner, he also went beyond to check out other parts of the furnace and air conditioner. Michael will be the first person I call for any other future repairs and I highly recommend him to anyone needing service!

All around excellent customer service! Michael came out to fix my AC within 2 hours of my call and fixed it. Very reasonable prices. This company is now my go-to for maintenance and repairs.

Michael at Best Heating and Air answered a late call about my issue last night and made time to be here today to investigate. I really appreciated his responsiveness, and communication throughout the service call. He gave me options on path forward that I could choose and already had found and secured parts needed for my repair while here onsite. This was really nice service and my first experience with Best Heating and Air. I'd previously been done pretty wrong by another company recently and I wanted a find new path forward for my HVAC needs. I'm so glad I called Michael at Best Heating and Air, this is the way, the BEST way to go!

I had yet another great experience with Michael Miller and his company, BEST HVAC. He and his company have consistently provided knowledgeable service at an affordable price. They've worked on my personal home and rental units, but this time Mr. Miller had the most important customer, my elderly mother. After diagnosising the problem, making sure the fix was covered by the manufacturer's warranty, he proposed 3 different options and explained each one thoroughly. They are dependable, have great communication, an " above and beyond" style of work ethic and they actually care about their customers. My mother is on a fixed income and was stressed on pricing. Micheal went above and beyond and found a more affordable option for repair. He knocked out the job quickly and professionally. He then took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Like I said, BEST really is the BEST. More importantly, he realized and appreciated the fact of Mom's fixed income. Thanks again my friend. You made a 72 year old woman's day.
