The service technician was on time and there when he said he would be there. He seemed knowledgeable of the product, and had the thermostat replaced and operational very quickly.

Cleaned and checked unit. Really leaned exterior and comets interior. Did a great job with maintenance inspection. Hasn't been done that well since installed.

Confused as to why my service provider is listed on this survey as Hixson because our home is located on Lookout Mountain in Rising Fawn, GA. Our service technician, Chad, was very prompt, efficient and helpful in repairing our upstairs warranted heat pump. Thank You!

They were very professional and timely. They fixed my AC in about 15 minutes and it's working perfectly again! Highly recommend!!

Everything went well, and both people that came out were friendly and explained everything. Very helpful and quick. It does sometimes take a bit to schedule an appointment when they are really busy, but that’s to be expected.

The young man who did the service was very polite and very efficient. He assured us that the unit was in good working order. We were very pleased with the visit.

They got to my house the same day I called and made it so I have heat until my parts came in very nice and knowledgeable and too the point well use them from now on

Called to request service and forgot to get nice lady's name but she was so helpful and scheduled service for next morning. Chad came and repaired and always want him for further service.

Chad was very professional and took his time to explain and answer all questions. He was extremely friendly and didn’t act like he was in a hurry just to do his job.

Trey was on time, cheerful and went right to work.
He diagnosed the problem with a burner, fixed it, tested it and then gave me a detailed plain English explanation of what he had done.

I won’t go anywhere else they were prompt, courteous and very professional. I had my upstairs HVAC replaced then returned for ductless installed for the basement. They have a good reputation for a reason.

I've used North Georgia heating and air many times over the past years. Always professional always efficient. I've used them on new unit installs and tune-up and maintenance on older units as well.

Heat went out the night before, I called them at 8am next morning and they had someone out within a few hours.

Seth and Zach were the tech's and did a great job explaining what was needed and the cost.

Will continue to use them.

Technician Chad was on site within an hour of service request. He had our issue diagnosed & repaired fast...

A/C was blowing but just barely cool called No. Ga. Heating an Air, told them what problem we were having a tech was here within the hour. Think he said it was the solenoid was stuck and not cycling, we haven't had any problems since. Tech was very professional and said if we had anymore problems call and they'll come back out.

When advised by another HVAC provider that my 14 year 10 month HVAC system coils were leaking, I decided to get competitive bids. I received four proposals, all fairly close in pricing. I chose NGHA because of them doing a more thorough analysis of need and providing an overall superior value. The installation was done exceptionally well and on time as agreed too. They were extremely nice people to work with and very responsive to any follow-up questions. My wife and I could not be happier and NGHA will continue providing the required routine maintenance.

I have used North Ga for maintenance and repairs for years. Never had a problem with their work. Fair price and good work. Have had the same tech most of those years which speaks well for how they treat their workers.

Garrett is very personable, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained what he was doing, gave the actual status of the unit and explained the offers they have and even offered to set the next maintenance.

His friendly mannerism is commendable.
