Always fast and always reasonable! We've been using them for years!

The heating unit started making a roaring noise. We called Reeves heating and air out twice. It still had the same roaring sound so I called this company, technician came out evaluated $1400 plus to fix or$ 9800 for new heat pump system. My sister called Jolly heating and air technician came in pulled blower motor and wheel out. Asked do you have a water hose and cleaned it out. It now runs smooth as silk. For a 78 year old lady on fixed income seems like the third service call of 100 dollars was a good deal.

Really appreciated the prompt service and clear communication! Parker was very helpful in explaining what the issue was with our unit and exactly what steps he would be taking to fix the problem. He was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue and offered suggestions and estimates for future care of our HVAC system without pressuring us into further purchases. I appreciated his transparent approach, showing me exactly what issues he was seeing, as well as his effort to teach us how to take better care of our unit and help us make informed choices. Overall great experience, and we’ll continue to recommend North Georgia Heating & Air to our friends and family!

North Georgia Heating and Air did a new HVAC installation. Brian was knowledgeable and gave us exactly what we needed in the spec process. He oversaw the job and communicated well throughout the process. Another company turned off my equipment and left me without hvac. Brian called in Chad who was at my home within two hours. He walked me through what he was doing and not only added new refrigerant he went well above and beyond and cleaned the unit to ensure it stayed running. He was very knowledgeable and built my trust and confidence. Chis and Mason did my actual install and were Outstanding as well. They walked me through what they were doing, always respectful of my property wearing booties to ensure no mess and did a wonderful job. Chris communicated with me often and helped me set up my thermostat. The quality of the team that did my install was exceptional, high quality craftsman who knew their trade and were night and day from another company that used to have my business and wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount. Our A/C recently stopped for unknown reasons at the time. Service Tech "Parker" responded and had the issue diagnosed in about 30 seconds realizing the condensate pump was full.
Reason: the pump was not getting power due to the supplying GFCI outlet was tripped on the opposite side of the garage. While I'm personally embarrassed that I did not realize that myself, I'm grateful for Parker's expediate response, professionalism, & all-around friendly demeanor. Much appreciated.

Service Specialist Chad Taylor is top notch. He's been servicing my old unit for the past 3 years. He's very knowledgeable and professional. When I got a $300 EPB Bill in Feb, I called him immediately. He did a complete check on the system and determined it needed to be replaced. Not surprising at 13 years old. He very patiently explained all the options in great detail, gave me a printed version so I could look it over and think about it. He was extremely patient with all my questions. The new unit was installed 3 days later. Steve, the lead guy on the installation was also great. His assistant worked closely with Steve and got the job done. I highly recommend North Georgia Heating and Air. I also highly recommend Chad Taylor. Great customer service! Thanks Chad.

The tech, Parker Jones, is very well trained and works efficiently and professionally. I especially liked his taking the time to show me what he was doing and why he was performing various tests. I was really impressed by his knowledge of the systems and that he came in with a plan for the work to be done. The invoice was well written with enough details to show exactly the services that were completed. Ii signed up for two inspections, one in Spring and one in the Fall. I will be using this service company as the only one to keep my units on great shape. Satisfied customer.

My AC went out. On a 96° day. It wasn’t fun but Zach W. with North Ga Heating and Air came out quickly and fixed it in 5 minutes. Very friendly and very helpful. I had no idea they do yearly maintenance on units and he was able to put me on the schedule for that too!

It was a miserable day and we have a child with some health issues and Will who answered my call was able to schedule someone quickly. Thank God for both these gentlemen. Our house holds in heat very well, which is great in the winter but not so much when the AC goes out haha.

10/10 company with phenomenal service. I won’t use anyone else.

Though our original experience was frustrating due to technical issues and confusion, the company did work to correct everything they could and the unit has been running well for awhile.

North Georgia Heating & Air exceeded our expectations. The estimator was professional and informative. He checked in after the initial meeting but did not make us feel pushed to complete the job which I love! The price was right and the quickness to get everything going was top notch! The technicians did an amazing job and were so polite during the installation process. I really appreciate the call beforehand to let me know they were on the way and the cleanup of the materials. My tech was Jeremy he was awesome. My heat was blowing cold air. He and (his brother, in training), checked my freon, it was good. Immediately Jeremy tested something else and determined the problem. Jacob was very professional and clear about what needed to be done for 2 separate units. Units were serviced and Capacitors that tested very low were replaced.

Mr. Brown. Came to my house, assessed the prob. Made it easy on my budget to afford a first class hvac. Trane unit. I bought the platnium service. Great! The unit was virtually covered for a very generous length. Good experience. N ow, due to a unsuspected flood . I need and will buy from north ga. Heat air⁰
