My first time visiting Modern Supply. I was needing an HVAC part. I walked and was treated as if they had known me their whole life's. I'm not a contractor but I was treated as such. Meaning contractors are always there and always spending that money but the employees didn't treat me any different than anyone else. Employees are very, very knowledgeable. Ask for Anthony Patton, he took care of my situation with no problem. A very good place for HVAC parts.

Mike and his team @ Modern Supply is great. They always get use what we need and have great customer service. Mike is also a HAJOCA trainer and has a great class for sales for hvac.

Over the they said they have an item so I need to cone over, but when I came he said they don’t.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Even when I showed up before opening on a day where many places were closed due to ice. Will definitely use again.
