Matt came out and did a thorough evaluation for the trees in my yard. He gave me great insight on the situation with a game plan that I felt was perfect for what I needed. I would highly recommend having Matt and his team to come out and take care of your tree needs!

Bartlett Tree Experts of Chattanooga trimmed several large trees plus a few small ones at our farm in Bradley County, TN. What a delightful experience from start to finish!

Matt Dowd came out initially to evaluate the viability of two very mature Sugar Maple trees (one of them is 80 to 100 years old). Matt is a Certified Arborist. After his examination and explanations regarding the health of our maples plus several other trees it was very evident that he knew what he was talking about. Matt put together a detailed written estimate and emailed it to us the same afternoon.
We felt that the estimate was reasonable so we schedule the work to be done the following week on Wednesday morning.

Two Crews showed up in two trucks as promised by Matt. The four men (Matthew, Dakota, Bryce and Stewart) were very courteous and professional in every way. They explained what they would be doing initially and answered any and all questions during and after the job was completed. The two crews took different groups of trees. They both worked safely and cooperatively together.

All-in-all, we couldn't be happier with Bartlett! You should consider them when it comes to maintaining the health and esthetic appeal of your trees!

We recently used Bartlett Tree Experts to address concerns with our 25 year old Japanese Maple which required a root collar surgery and pruning, as well as pruning of 8 crepe myrtles and 2 large river birch. From the initial conversation with Kat, the consultation and risk assessment with Matt, tothe crew that provided the services, the process was seamless and stress free. The services were completed as scheduled, while my husband and I were at work. Had it not been for how fabulous our property looked, we would have never known anyone had been there. I could not recommend Bartlett enough and can't wait to see our trees flourish this spring!

Highly professional from the office to the tree trimming staff. With all of the high wind we've been getting lately, we sadly needed to fell a tall, dying cherry tree next to our home. The guys let us know the plan and then dropped the tree quickly and safely. We opted to have them leave the tree there after felling it, but they went above and beyond to clean up and neatly stack the branches and logs next to our fire pit for us. Watching the guys work on the neighbor's trees was a treat, the way they work together, communicate, and do their jobs. They did an amazing job, I can't recommend this company enough!

Round 2: even more impressed by Lumberjacks Tree Service! They went above and beyond, clearing up some dead and light-starved trees and hauling off the piles of old limbs we had trimmed ourselves and had no time to do anything with. They took care of the numerous, large poison ivy vines that made it almost impossible to walk through the wooded portion of our yard. I have included an updated picture to show how much nicer everything looks. We are so excited to get to enjoy our yard again! Thank you so much Lumberjacks!

I can't recommend Lumberjacks highly enough. We had a large, sickly oak tree right up against our house that had already dropped sizable limbs causing damage to our roof and totaling our truck. Lumberjacks got us scheduled and quickly removed the dangerous tree from a very tricky spot. Will definitely use them again.

Jeremy came with a crew and trimmed a large magnolia away from the house and raised the canopy in two other trees. He was very conscientious about trimming to keep the trees looking aesthetically pleasing. He asked my thoughts and opinions and made additional branch trimmings as requested. I was very pleased with this crew’s work. The debris was picked up the next day. My yard was left looking great!

The crew showed up on the day promised and even arrived a little early! Great group of guys that were friendly and fun to chat with. They were done trimming our huge oak in no time and did a great job of cleaning up.

I’m way late to write this, but thankyou lumberjacks! These guys came in way lower than my other estimate. Did more, did it fast and were fun to talk too. I was dreading dealing with that tree and paying for it- but remember it as a positive experience now!

Best tree company in Ooltewah & Chattanooga. Let's start with Jenna who is courteous, attentive with great followup. She arranged appt which Jim (friendly courteous man) arrived next morning. He emailed fair quote same day and the next morning crew of three arrived.
Jeremy the tree climber along with Joe & Chris was introduced with smiles. The job was supposed to take 1/2 day. It actually took about 7 hours & honored the estimated price. Hats off to Jeremy (Mr. Climber) who soared 60' + feet. Jeremy was determined to remove huge tree embedded in a larger tree. The Lumberjacks crew did an amazing job for what was quite a feat, having to remove 2 very large trees from behind my house with no access, using cranes to remove piece by piece over the top of my home. The work they did was professional, safety first, and cleaned up all the area from the remaining pruning and deadlimbing of the other trees encompassing 3 driveways. Hopefully I don’t need them again, but will definitely use should I have more tree or limb concerns.

I've been very impressed with the folks at Lumberjacks from the beginning. Always very helpful and friendly. I was not home when they came to remove three dead trees from my yard but my wife was. She was very impressed with their professionalism in doing the work and in her interaction with them in person.

They explained in clear detail what they were going to do and made her feel very comfortable with the process. They were able to come even before their scheduled day and time as they finished a job early and had a window of opportunity to get our job completed. All in all, a very good experience.

We did not have a huge job but I've seen their other work and they are able to tackle HUGE jobs with their crews and equipment.
