I am very pleased with the work that Tree Worx recently did in my yard. They were careful to not trim too much in a couple of areas I had asked about and had me look when they were partially done. You could really tell they were focused on the customer being satisfied with their work. I was especially impressed with all the safety equipment they used and the way they looked out for each other when using the tall ladder. They also did a great job cleaning up my yard and walkway when they were finished trimming.

We called Tree Worx to get a few trees taken out. They promptly responded and gave a reasonable quote. Within a couple of weeks, they came out and did an excellent job! Exceeded expectations! I really like that they have a certified arborist too.

Treeworx is top notch! So professional and easy to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond every time. We’ve used them multiple times and they’ve given 5 star service for every project, from tree planting, tree health maintenance, to tree trimming. They’re definitely the best company in town.

We had to have a huge tree top removed from our fence (due to high winds from the hurricane aftermath) and also had the tree removed and the stump ground. The tree was challenging to remove due to the location on our property. Tree Worx prices were very reasonable, lower than other estimates we got. They were very timely, efficient and did a great job. We would highly recommend them if you need any tree work done.

Recently, I had Tree Worx come to my property and do work on various trees. I could not have been happier! From the initial encounter of getting an estimate (during which my multiple questions were patiently answered as well) to the actual work, all staff I have come into contact with have been extremely knowledgeable, polite, and a pleasure to work with. All details of the work were explained, I knew what I needed to do on my end (call EPB to suspend service temporarily as branches were hanging on electricity lines going from the public road to my property), and I knew they would have to put a crane out on the busy street I live on, rerouting the traffic for a little while. It all went as smooth as could be. Cleanup was perfectly done as well.

I have had tree work done before, and Tree Worx tops them all. I can wholeheartedly recommend them!

This was the second time we have contracted with Tree Work to have large, problematic trees cut down on our property. All trees in question were a threat to ours or our neighbors safety. Tree Worx used excellent equipment to "whittle" the large trees down a piece at a time, causing little or no collateral damage to our house, fences, or other vegetation. They did all of this work safely and absolutely according to the contracted agreement. I would not hesitate to use Tree Worx for any tree project we may have in the future!

Events happened on July 3rd, an observed holiday for most.

These guys are awesome. We had an emergency tree situation, the tree was pretty close to falling on our house given one more small thunderstorm come through. I called Treeworx and JUSTIN was at our house within 30 min to check it out. He then called an employee to see if they could come out. He went back to the shop and showed up with ZACH and DENVER, and they got to work. It was a little tricky getting it down but we are so thankful for these guys for the quick response, professionalism, and timely manner they performed this. If not done immediately, the tree would have fallen on our house.
This all happened 36 hours prior to my wife giving birth to our baby boy!

We had a very old and very large hackberry tree removed by Tree Worx. The crew not only took down the tree in a day but all the mess and branches were gone and the site totally cleaned up. They were worth every penny.

I had a great experience with Tree Worx! I contacted them because my neighbor’s trees (50-foot oaks) were overgrown and extending over our roof. I had tried to maintain them myself, but they were simply too large for a weekend warrior like myself. Tree Worx was great though. They came out and talked me through the options regarding how to handle my neighbor’s overgrown trees. They showed up on time and got right to work. My son loved watching the large crane saw make quick work of the 50-foot trees. I was also really impressed by their attention to detail, and once they were done cutting and removing branches, they raked up the remaining leaves. I actually felt bad for them because I had not picked up after our dog in our backyard (a Great Dane), but they didn’t mention it. The workers were professional, courteous, and their prices didn’t break the bank! Overall, my experience with Tree Worx was excellent, and I highly recommend them for any tree work you need done.

My first impression was calling your office. The staff communication is fantastic. They worked with me to provide information and make an estimate based on my schedule. BJ was the person I met during the estimate. I learned a lot from him. He showed me what they would do and what it would cost. When I received the estimate on the spot he worked with me. BJ gave me a fair price. The price also included stump grinding and taking care of a different tree stump. That made me happy. The team arrived on time on the day scheduled. They made sure I was ok with their plan to use machinery on my property. They worked so well together and made the enormous job look easy. This team made sure to avoid hurting my shrubbery. Next a different team came to extract the massive tree trunk sections and make sure the ground was returned back to a healthy state. Those huge tree pieces put some dents in the ground, but this team fixed them and put hey on top after blowing away a lot of sawdust debris. Alex was incredibly helpful and kind. He walked my partner and I through what they were going to complete before the work. After they finished Alex came back to communicate and make sure we were happy. Alex solidified the fact that we will recommend TreeWorX to all of our family and friends. Lastly the stump grinder team finished the job. They were very efficient and left the area in fantastic shape. I really appreciate this company and how easy they made it to pay a fair price for excellent service.

We had a rather tall dead tree we inherited when we bought our new home, and insurance informed us we needed it cut ASAP as it would not be covered if it fell. I contacted Tree Worx and got in touch with Hannes and had a consultation scheduled in no time.
During the consultation Hannes humored all my questions and gave me a lot of advice for making sure our home was safe from all the surrounding trees. By the end we had agreed on a date and price.
The crew arrived bright and early in the morning of and immediately went to work. They worked into the evening getting all the trimming and cutting wrapped up and the logs ready for removal the next day. And again, bright and early in the morning, they showed up, got all the logs, cleaned up our yard, and were gone.
The only minor bump was when a corner of our concrete driveway, which was not well supported, cracked when one of their trucks had drove up to the house. They not only repaired the crack, they also added a small beam to better support the concrete!

Overall just fantastic work, and went above and beyond in my mind for repairing the driveway corner. I will be using them for any future tree work and referring my friends and family. Good job guys!

These guys did an outstanding job! i had a massive oak tree right next to my house and they removed it with surgical precision. They arrived exactly when they said they would and were professional and courteous. Great experience!

We had a very large oak tree in our backyard that covered our house and three other residences that we wanted to remove to start a construction project. Due to the high-risk drop, we were seeking a professional company that could safely bring this tree down. Safety was our number one priority.

We had several other companies come look at our tree and most of them said, "Yea, I think I can bring it down safely."

After I called Russell, he showed up the same day to assess the situation. He was confident that the tree could be safely taken down using their crane. I received an electronic estimate and Treeworx promptly scheduled our work.

This job turned out to be 4 days - two days of cutting, chipping and hauling followed by two days of stump grinding (before and after excavation).

Hannes and everyone at Treeworx showed up on time the day they said they would and they cleaned up after the job was completed. Most importantly they brought down the tree 100% safely, without any damage to mine or a neighbor's property. The Company was extremely professional and I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did.

Lastly, it was amazing watching the crane in operation taking down the tree one limb at a time. I'm fairly certain we provided entertainment for the whole neighborhood for a couple days. Thank you Treeworx!

Everyone from Tree Worx is professional, super nice, and friendly. Last week we hired them for the third time. They always do a great job.

We were super impressed from the start with the knowledge of the arborist. We could tell they really knew what they were talking about and genuinely cared. Couldn’t be happier with the work they did for us! The original approach they planned on from the estimate didn’t end up working out but they quickly came up with a new plan and got the work done perfectly and finished the same day. I will definitely use them again for any future tree related needs.

I’m hoping my experience was a singular one because the only service that went smoothly was getting the estimate. After that it was all down hill. I paid the invoice to have the work done and was supposed to be called to schedule the service. I waited 4 days and ended up calling the office 3 times. The hold up was getting utilities marked and had they asked me I could have told them that they already had been marked. I will say, after the third call they were there hours later the same day grinding the stumps. I had paid for the mulch to be hauled away and they didn’t do it, so we had to. I did get a call of apology a month after when they realized what work hadn’t been done. I’m not sure that I would use them again? Everyone was polite and kind, but the communication is lacking.

Their service was exceptionally prompt and very professional. At a time of great anxiety of the huge oak tree crashing through our house , they were very sympathetic and made sure we were safe. Their entire staff was very professional and prompt at the tree removal. I highly recommend Tree Worx

This is the third time we used
Tree Works in Chattanooga. The team comes when they say they’re going to come, They are extremely competent at taking large trees down.

One of the most amazing things about the company is the state of the art equipment they have. The equipment can pretty much take out any size tree.

Last time they came, they had a crane with a bucket that went over our roof to the tree.

This time they had something even newer.
Not sure how to explain it. It Was all automated a large clamp held onto the tree, while an electric saw cut parts of it until it got close to the bottom. It was amazing.

We have checked out other companies thinking we could save some money, but they are very competitive and get the job done.
