Could not have been more pleased with the job that Lumberjacks Tree Service did at my home. The Red Team did an outstanding job removing a rather large tree, that was in danger of falling on my house. The work was completed in a safe, timely and efficient manner. I will certainly contact Lumberjacks, in the future for all of my tree removal needs.

The team was incredibly kind and knowledgable. They showed up promptly when they said that they would and took care of a massive tree directly next to my house with no problems. They also cleared everything out and got all of the leaves and wood shavings off of my driveway and sidewalk. It looks better than it did when they got here! Highly recommend this team!

Great work and great customer service. All work was done professionally and thoroughly. It was even fun to watch! They stayed in touch just the right amount and didn't overwhelm us with calls and messages. And I spoke to a real person each time. We'll absolutely keep them in mind for any service we have in the future.

Excellent. Simply excellent. They answered the phone on a Sunday morning, had an estimator here in an hour and a crew the next morning. 2 guys with chainsaws, a front loader, a big truck with ‘jaws’, a guy with a leaf blower, done in 60 minutes. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Zach and crew did a phenomenal job taking down 2 sweet gum trees for me in Hixson. Very thankful for the extreme care they took setting up plywood for weight distribution so to not damage the lawn or sprinkler heads while using the crane. Lumberjacks has always done a great job for me with fair pricing. Excellent company

Great company. Came right away after a big tree fell on the house. It was a huge tree and they came in with a crane a bobcat a truck and had it all cleaned up out of there in four hours. It was down a steep ravine behind the back of my house, but they were very fast and very efficient. Would highly recommend them anytime. It was the RED crew. Excellent team😎

Great service and immediate response. A very large red oak tree fail in my yard, Once I called Lumber Jack the work was started the same day. The team was excellent and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. It took two days because of the amount of work needed to be done. They not only cut down the tree but also removed it. They were on point, meaning everyone knew what to do. Efficiently got the job done. Very professional, introduced themselves and cleaned up afterwards. The "office" with a professional, on time assessment and quote, text updates, and billing options made that side of it easy. Their estimate came in $800 less than another co. And the company is top notch! Highly recommend.

Hannes and his team went above and beyond. He answered the phone at 3:30 am and showed up at my house at 6 am to remove the tree that had fallen on my house. He left our back patio cleaner than it was to begin with. There was great communication along the way! I would highly recommend this tree service.

I would highly recommend Tree Worx. We had 5 different tree services quote the job. Kevin was very knowledgeable & easy to talk to, and we felt his quote was the most competitive overall. The job itself was completed in one day & the crew made sure to leave our property clear of all debris.

Hiring someone to cut trees is nerve racking - it’s hard to know who to trust to deliver on their promises. Tree Worx service and communication was incredible. I called on Thursday, they came to estimate 2 hours later and then had the whole crew out on Saturday. The whole job of removing half a tree and several huge branches that was leaning on my house was gone without a trace in 1.5 hours. They blew the leaves off of the roof and driveway and the lawn looked better than it had before the tree fell. I am not easy to impress but these folks are incredible! They were friendly and the best at what they do.

Tree Worx Chattanooga did an outstanding job trimming and pruning three very large Holly Trees, two Ornamental Cherry Trees, and a Japanese Maple at our home, ensuring that no branches were left resting on the roof. The work was performed by Green Team (AKA Spyder Team) members Dylan, Jacob, Pablo, and Milton, who were all highly professional, arrived on time, and handled the job with great care. They were meticulous in their work, and after completing the trimming, they thoroughly cleared all debris and branches, leaving the property looking immaculate—almost as though they had never been on-site! We are very happy with their work and will definitely call Tree Worx again for any future tree care needs.

I chose Tree Worx to drop a large (33" diameter) tree for me, and then I would work it up. While scheduling the work, it worked out that I would be out of state while the work was being done. I was unsure about not being there while the work was done, but the scheduler said that they do it all the time, and we decided to move ahead with the work. They communicated with me on the day of dropping the tree quite well. After returning from my trip, I found the tree exactly where we had discussed it being dropped (see attached photos) and exactly as we had agreed to. EVEN MISSED MY PUMPKINS!!!! Their professionalism was evident throughout the whole process, and I would recommend and use them again.

We had a large pine with a large and growing crack in the trunk. It was leaning against another tree and at risk of falling onto power lines and also onto our neighbor’s home. They were only a few feet from a fence and a swing set. They dropped sections of the tree piece by piece onto the ground in the same spot over and over. The precision of their work was remarkable. We had multiple neighbors watching the whole process. We are really happy with the results and that they were able to remove it completely and leave everything clean in a matter of a few hours. Will definitely use them again.
