May 8th storm put a huge tree (80'+) on the house and their crew came out quickly to execute an urgent removal plan. The entire crew was polite and they did an excellent job tarping the roof to prevent additional water damage. They allowed us time to collect money from insurance as it was a large fee for all the work. We highly recommend and grateful the good lord sent them our way.

Really a top notch company. Everybody from the first contact to the last was highly professional. The job was very competitively priced. The crew was professional and did a great job taking down one tree and trimming three others and cleaning up afterwards.

Thanks to the Treeworx Yellow Crew for cutting down and removing a huge, dead tree from a difficult location. These amazingly professional and courteous young men skillfully took down a fence, navigated a drainage ditch, left the landscape intact, cleaned up beautifully, and finally put the fence back up. If I could give this crew and company six stars, I would do so!

I sit on the board of directors for Mizpah Cemetery in Chattanooga, TN. A couple of Fridays ago, I was doing my weekly drive into the cemetery to check things out. To my dismay, our largest tree had fallen onto our road, so I was unable to drive through. One of our board members said, call Tree Worx, they will take care of it. It was 4.45 when I was able to talk to someone, they assured me that they would clear the road and come back to handle the rest. Within an hour, they had cleared the road, talk about great service!! On Monday, the cleanup continued and on Tuesday the truck was removed by a crane truck. The price was reasonable and the service was fantastic.

We had two trees we needed removed before we could start a building project. Tree Worx gave us a fantastic quote. We used them and they were on time, professional and removed all the debris! This is a great company to work with. I would use them again!

We hated to see this tree go, but it had become unsafe due to rot. From the initial assessment, discussion of options, and quote to the tree removal, cleanup, and stump grinding - efficient, professional, friendly, and safe crew. The equipment was impressive and made the large tree removal safer and less impact to the yard.

First, the established companies that bid on our job priced it more or less consistently. In our 15 years of living in Chattanooga, we’ve learned first hand that reputable contract work is not cheap. Sure enough and because there was visible storm damage, drive-up crews were quick to make offers that undercut the professional estimates we received - even though we didn't disclose any company's quote to anyone else regardless of how many times we got asked.

In the final comparison, the size and proximity of the tree to both our and our neighbor’s house required extra care and we limited consideration to firms with equipment I’ll mention later. Since the bids were comparable and we have used Tree Worx in the past, the decision was a no brainer. They got us on the schedule in a reasonable amount of time and showed up as expected.

The most important thing to me is how Tree Worx "took apart" what was my favorite thing about our property. We had a beautiful red maple that was big enough and close enough to provide shade for both our place and our neighbor's. It might have lasted longer if I had acted on earlier arborists' suggestions to cable it but I didn't and after the second large section split off, the consensus was that it had to come down. This was not a tree that we wanted "dropped" and I've included some pictures of how Tree Worx used its equipment to disassemble the maple. I don't think as much as a twig wound up in my neighbor's yard. I hate that the tree is gone but am very satisfied with how it was quickly and safely removed.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Every staff member I spoke with was very professional and knowledgeable. The pricing is very reasonable! I had one estimate for $3400 from a different company. Not only did Tree Worx come in way under at $1800, they also were the only company that informed me we would need a TVA permit due to one tree being close to the shoreline. I greatly appreciate them looking out and not getting a huge fine from TVA! We had one tree removed and 3 others topped out. We did ask to keep the wood. The crew they sent were amazing! They cleaned up every twig and neatly placed everything in the general area we asked them to. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for any tree service needs!

I called Tree Worx early in the morning after we had two large trees fall causing quite a bit of damage. Justin promptly came out to access the job and get two crews out to begin working within 2 hours. His teams made quick work of cutting up, chipping, and hauling off the wood. This allowed us to have power restored and our crushed car to be towed away. The roof damage accessed and covered. They secured another tree that was about to fall until their crane was available. The next day that third tree was down and the yard was smoothed over so other work crews could come in and get their work going. Tree Worx, Justin, and his crew went above and beyond what I thought would be possible. I will be calling them when I need any tree work done in the future.

Justin got his guys out right away, Denver operated the crane to get it taken down safely. Tree Worx scheduled the removal of our tree quickly and were on time. The location was tricky, yet they handled it with ease. The cut logs were picked up the next day and they took the time to rake up the small pieces, leaving our yard very tidy. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional throughout the process. We were extremely pleased and highly recommend them!

Treeworx tree crew that cut trees at my house were professional, safe, and worked quickly and efficiently. My only complaint would be they showed up at 8:25 am without calling and I didn't get a return email when I asked what time they'd be coming. There was a thunderstorm so they waited for it to pass before starting work, which was smart. The person that did the Stump grinding did not knock on my door to let me know he was there. He just went to work and spoke to me only as I went out on the deck. I appreciate the work that was done and I would still recommend Treeworx to anyone I know.

I didn’t have a large, dramatic job like some of their customers described; just needed to have a limb removed that was growing over my roof. The arborist Kevin talked to me about the health of my old tree and knew where the limb could be cut to best preserve the tree’s shape. I was assigned Dakota and the Orange Crew, and they did a great job with the cut as well as with tidying up some wayward branches. The entire team— from the office to the field— is friendly and professional. Absolutely recommended.

We cannot say enough KUDOS to the Yellow Crew who were totally amazing in taking down 15 trees for us down an alley and for cleaning up the area better than what they started with. We will tell everyone what great, courteous and professional gentlemen the Yellow Crew was/is! GREAT Job y'all and you beat out two other quotes by over $2000. We can't say enough - Thank you all!

Tree Worx is our arbor service company of choice at The Bear Trace at Harrison Bay. Their professional service and quality of work can't be beat. They have all the equipment needed to take care of our tree services in a timely and more importantly a safe manner. From one tree to hundreds including limbing up and stump grinding they definitely leave the property better than they found it.

Tree Worx provided excellent service. An arborist came to our house to give advice on our trees, determine the scope of the job and then provided a very good estimate. The crew arrived on schedule and worked very hard to complete the job in one day. The crew was very respectful of our property and asked me many times if the work was being done to my satisfaction. The crew moved a small-track manlift into my backyard and were very careful to avoid my septic tank, fill lines and drain field. The attached picture shows that Tree Worx has the equipment to do the job right!!! Thank you.

I had a 36 inch diameter tree fall and Encompass a quadruplex. Figured it would take days to remove and expected more rain damage due to open roof. Tree Works arrived and within four and a half hours approximately 6:30 in the evening tree was completely removed and we were beginning tarping. Good communication, knowledgeable, professional, coordinated team.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. Workers yelling at one another while on job site. They manage to cause a electrical power line to catch fire which knocked me off my internet during a very important meeting.

This was my winter plan to access the tree status on the property and trim to cut back overhanging branches across the house and garage. Joe did a through assessment and didn't try to upcharge the work, planned for only what was necessary. The crew did a wonderful job of trimming back what was necessary and greatly improved the shaping of the Japanese Maple. And they cleaned up after themselves.

It's 6am on Mother's Day, and a tree falls into two units of the condo complex you live in, trapping one resident inside. The fire department freed the trapped resident, but then what. Fortunately someone recommended Tree Worx. I called the emergency number and the owner picked up. From the point I spoke with him, it was only two hours before the entire crew and all of the equipment (including two cranes) arrived on site. They were extremely professional, efficient, and caring. They tended to the residents and expertly removed the tree while preventing further damage. The damage to the roof was so extensive they were unable to put tarps on, but they recommended someone who could help with that. The people they recommended were every bit as impressive as the crew from Tree Worx. I will definitely use them if the need arises again!

We were so impressed!!! Chelsea was very nice when i called and she was able to get a proposal quickly for removing a big tree. When they came, Ben knew so much about trees! They were very thorough and professional. I highly recommend Scenic City Arborists!
