We used Scenic City Arborists for tree trimming. We were concerned about the health of a large tree in our yard. They were super knowledgeable and took time to walk us through our options. Chelsea scheduled us quickly and Ben and his crew were here shortly after that. I would 100% recommend them!

I called three different tree places for quotes to trim a massive willow oak that was shedding limbs on the house we just moved to. It was on a hill that prevented crane access and would need to be climbed. Scenic came recommended to us by a friend so I gave them a call, had a competitive price and also a surprisingly knowledgeable staff, the people that came out explained everything about trees to me and took their time to go over what they would do to stop limbs from hitting the house. Last night the moment of truth came in the form of a massive hail storm, woke up this morning and not one single limb or stick on the ground outside from all that. I will use these guys again for sure.

Scenic City Arborists really exceeds my expectations in their knowledge about trees and working professionalism. In the past couple of years, we've had them cable and prune a massive tulip poplar at our rental house; plant 10 trees in a privacy row (just this week); and several times assess and treat and cull the mini-forest on our several-acre home property. I wouldn't use anybody else. They are locally owned and, as they say, a family-owned business... and real nice people, too.

Scenic City Arborists worked on a poplar tree in our front yard. They not only trimmed and cabled for safety, but did so in a way that would ensure the livelihood of the tree. They were great to work with and Ben and Chelsea (owners) have since become close friends. To follow up , they also delivered wood chips to mulch around the tree and helped us hang a baby swing for our daughter. They run an eco-friendly and reliable service and we highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for tree work.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. Easy to work with and understand. David was our estimator and lead on the job. He listened to our hopes and needs and was able to meet our goals. We had a couple of trees that had grown so much they were interfering with our view of Lookout and downtown. This job took a lot of climbing and strategic planning for dropping limbs. They did not damage any our our desirable plants which were on the ground. Great to work with. Will have them back again.

The entire experience with the arborist and the entire team of tree specialist was outstanding. My very tall and large black oak tree in my front yard close to my house was diseased and apparently root damaged by the construction process and had to be removed. The initial assessment by the owner and accomplished arborist, Benjamin Moore, was thorough and totally informative. The crew showed up on time and with comprehensive knowledge of how to fall this very large tree without damage to the lawn or the nearby large white oak. The entire tree falling operation was efficient and totally effective. Moreover, the crew cleanup was also commendable. The pricing was quite fair and the estimate explained the work to performed in detail. I highly recommend Scenic City Arborist for any tree-related work you may require.

We are thankful for Scenic City Arborists. During a severe storm, violent winds split the trunk of our Chinese elm. Other arborists told us that the tree had to come down. We didn't want to do this as our entire street is lined with Chinese elms, which were planted 20 years ago. And we loved the tree...Dave came out to assess the tree and said there was a high probability it could be saved with trimming and cabling. We were so relieved! The team came out, did a great job. A lot of trimming and then the cabling to brace the tree. Plus they did it a really good job cleaning up . It was amazing to see them with their climbing gear up in the tree. It's been several weeks and the tree is not showing any stress. We have high hopes!

We couldn't be happier with the service Scenic City Arborists performed on our huge 100+ year old elm tree. We had a couple of large cracked limbs that hung over our roof. They removed the bad limbs safely and without causing any damage to the roof. Everything the did kept the tree's overall health and beauty in mind. The crew was awesome. Super polite and personable and they were very respectful of our property. They cleaned everything up when they were done and the tree looks great! Highly recommended.
