I am so very happy with the work that Hard Knot performed today! Working with Justin is very easy - he responds quickly to my messages; he keeps me updated about the start time and what they'll be doing, so there's no surprises; he respects his crew and they left the site looking better than what it was beforehand - and all of this at a great price! I have several trees that need attention and I'm already in the process of scheduling the next tree - I'm so excited! That's another thing about Justin - he was the only one that I interviewed who was willing to work with my budget and needs.

Justin and his crew were amazing! They arrived on time and worked a full 2 days. He even brought a log splitter so we could salvage some of the logs for firewood. He and his crew are a great team & the guy who was in charge of elevating the low hanging limbs has an amazing eye. They even made sure to keep the baby squirrels that were found, alive. While mom was unhappy she did come back in the evening! Justin even problem solved on helping us get rid of a shed that we didn't want. The Stump grinder Joe also did amazing work on removing 6 stumps. He also let us know that waiting about a month to reseed was best due to the decomposition process heading the surrounding soil. Who knew?! All in all, Hard Knot Tree Service is a company that I can't speak highly enough about. We will definitely be using them for any future arborist needs.

Justin's certification as an Arborist shows with his knowledge of what should be done to best maintain the health and safety of your trees. I called Justin to evaluate a sickly tree for me. He gave us the rundown of all the trees on our property, including their species, health, and relative ages. Ultimately, we needed to have one oak cutdown and removed by him and his crew. They were quick, careful, polite, and cleaned up very thoroughly! I would recommend this company to anyone! The owner Justin is a great guy and explained everything clearly! Price was reasonable and when he came to do a quote there was no pressure! I also liked how they didn't need a bucket truck to cut down our BIG willow tree he scaled the tree and cut it all down that way. They were safe when doing so and it was cool to watch him do it. If I need another tree cut they will be who I will call.

Amazing work from the crew! The owner Justin is very smart and knowledgeable in all things trees. He was able to give me a free consultation and a quick quality estimate. The team worked with me to have a huge tree removed from my backyard and make it look like it was never there. On top of that the crew was in and out in less than 4 hours.

Very knowledgeable and honest tree service! Justin held my deposit for over six months while we worked through some construction issues. When I called to get the tree work done he fit me into his schedule and completed the job within a week. The best tree service I have used (by far)!

Extremely professional, Informed of the date when the work would be started and completed, Very thorough, and excellent cleanup. Each man on the crew had a job, and everyone stayed busy and assisted each other through out. Justin the owner made great suggestions, and all work was completed ahead of time and done well. After shopping around for a tree removal and trimming services. I ultimately went with Hard Knot Tree service due to the fact that Justin made time from his busy schedule to survey and answer all my questions in person. After seeing the finish product I’m very glad I did. Followed the scope of work agreed upon and did it in a very fast and professional manner. Would definitely recommend.

Hard Knot Tree Service did an excellent job removing a large problem tree from my yard. They were professional and courteous and cleaned up the limbs and debris. It had rained and was very muddy, but Justin came back the next day and put down grass seed where the lawn was messed up. I did not request the service, but it was kind of him to do it. I am grateful for their good work.

Hard Knot Tree Service just finished trimming several big limbs from several big trees on my property. From the moment I met the owner, Justin, I knew I'd found the right company to perform this work. Truly a professional, down to earth fellow who I could tell values being honest and trustworthy. He graciously worked my job into his busy schedule since time was of the essence. His office emailed me the contract (equally impressive with this because it's the first time I've had to sign a contract which I value). Truly professionals!! I was impressed that he's a certified arborist. If I'm not mistaken, he's only one of a few in Clarksville/Montgomery County. His crew foreman and crew arrived on time, took the time to introduce themselves, reviewed and discussed what I wanted done and went right to work. I watched the work being done and was thoroughly impressed. Being from a family that owned a logging business and doing some actual tree work myself, I could tell they take their jobs seriously and know what they're doing. Safety, no doubt, was paramount to all of them. The final job of cleaning the site was just as important to them as the actual tree work and I was equally impressed with this as well. If you're looking to have tree work done, look no where else but to this company. You won't be disappointed!!

Hard Knot Tree Services is amazing! I hired them while deployed to remove a troublesome tree limb. They offered the best price! They were very easy to work with despite me not being there; they sent very clear before and after pictures of the tree limb removal. What made it even better was their online payment! They were extremely responsive to my emails and texts, and had the job done the very next day after hiring. You won’t regret choosing Hard Knot!

The whole crue was polite, respectful and professional. They did good quality work and took extra precautions to protect my property and my neighbors properties. They cleaned up my property after job was finished, was cleaner than when they started. Had a couple extra things to add to the job, was given a good price and extras where taking care of the same day. Justin and his crew did an amazing job removing the massive pine tree in my front yard. Very respectful company. They were efficient, committed and hardworking. Arrived each day on time and worked their hardest at the job at hand. From the beginning to the end with clean up and all. Paid a great price and would recommend them to anyone. This crew is unbelievably easy to work with and their prices are fair. I've used them a few times and its always some giant, half rotten tree that's right by the house or a tree that already fell on the house during a storm. Regardless, the job was done as agreed, in a timely manner and most importantly... safely.

Justin and his crew did a great job on our trees. We had three really big trees close to our house and garages one needed to be taken down the other two just needed to be trimmed back. They had all of it done in two days they were quick even with all the safety precautions they take I was very impressed by the way they prepair their gear before they start climbing the tree. They did a great job. Before they left they cleaned all the sidewalks off and the driveway. They didn't leave a mess. I would definitely recommend them for any job you have small or large. Their very professional and friendly and well educated when it comes to trees we learned alot about trees just from talking to Justin.
