Woke up to no heat and they had a technician at our home within an hour or so after I called. John was very professional, friendly, thorough and communicated well throughout the process. Even put shoe covers on before coming inside, without me asking. I really appreciated that! Overall great experience. We will definitely use these guys for any future services we need.

I had issues with my mini split during the cold weather. As usual everyone was so nice. 3 visits later I was told it would be $772 to repair my unit. I only paid $690 for it New three years ago. So I asked them to send someone to give me an estimate to replace it. Let me first say, I live in a tiny house. 616 ft.². The estimate for central unit was between 15 and 17,000. The estimate for a mini split was $6453. He of course, told me how important it was to act quickly To ensure I got this great price.So I decided to get a second opinion since I was going to have to spend so much money. It turns out there was absolutely nothing wrong with the unit that I have it was just in defrost mode. I'm 65 years old and still work full time. I would've probably used Hiller from here on out, but that was my last call

This afternoon, Alex, a Hiller technician, came over to honor our service package and check to make sure that our heating unit is running okay. He also put our new thermostat on, and helped me order filters. He is so knowledgeable and personable. He also helped me with the app setup and how to use it. My husband and I would recommend Hiller to anybody looking for the best heating and air company. They also do electrical and installed our generator. The technicians bend over backwards to make sure everything works correctly, and they are all very respectful and nice. Definitely a 5 star company.

I truly don’t know how this company has 4.9 stars. There’s no explanation other than they are paying to have bad reviews taken down. Got new countertops and sink installed and just needed them to install the faucet and plumbing and only used them because it was a Saturday. Service tech expressed how easy it would be and then proceeded to try and charge us $600, which is an absolute robbery. The additional parts needed were at most $100, and the work was no more than an hour. How do you justify charging $500 an hour for a simple install? Shameful to be taking advantage of people who don’t know any better.

I used the website to book an appointment after finding water on the floor coming from the toilet. Mr. Roberts came out right at the beginning of the appointment window. He listened to my concerns and checked multiple points for leaks before deciding on a plan of action. He pulled the toilet, replaced the wax ring, cleaned up, hooked the toilet back up, and made sure everything was running smoothly before saying the job was done. He was courteous and professional the entire time. The service was fast and efficient. The price was equivalent to what Google said it would be for my area. 10/10 Would recommend.

Pretty much every time we need Hiller, it's an emergency. They show up quick and get the job done. Prices are reasonable and we've got no complaints.

Air conditioner motor and capacitor died on our unit we called and had Same day service and back up and running

These guys at Hiller are great. I don’t know how many times I’ve had to call on them in a pinch. And they always come through. Highly recommended!

$70 to tell my my drain needed cleaned and that’s why it was clogged. Then told it would be over $200 to clean it. Not sure how or why that wasn’t included in the $70 service charge. I told them at that price I’d buy a snake and do it myself. I won’t ever be calling again

We signed up on a special plan with Hiller on our AC unit for repairs/and regular checkups. We finally used it today. We called pretty early this morning and they set up a time between 10 and 12. Luckily the gentleman got here on the earlier side of that since it’s going to be hot out today and the AC wasn’t working. We had the pleasure of welcoming Carson Devers into the house. He came in and quickly assessed the situation and began to work and didn’t drag the process out for one second. He had us fixed and back going before I could offer him something cold to drink since it’s so hot outside. It means a lot to me when someone comes in to do a job and they just knock it out that quick like he did.

The technician, Clint was super nice and very knowledgeable about the generator I’m interested in purchasing.

On time, professional, and on budget. A rare occurrence these days. A+ Hiller
