Called on New Years Eve to request service, unable to operate stove at sisters home in Waverly due to aparent electrical issues. Immediately after New Years Day they showed up and resolved the issue in short order. Our funds being limited, they really came through in a pinch. Friendly, courteous and professional. This is our go to electrician service from now on.

I'll take the high road with this review and skip the details. So disappointing!

Brian ford an his crew are more than you could ask for in an electrical contractor... their punctual very detailed an when their job is done an they head on to the next call.... they leave behind them a quality job well done in a neat and timely mannor at a more than affordable rate !!!! So If you call on innovative electric to tackle your electrical needs satisfaction is guaranteed !!!

We had two techs come to our home to look at a electrical problem we were having and after a hour they told us it was the motor from our bedroom fan. They stated if we bought the fan and still had the issue then they would come back out and try to fix the problem again free of charge. When I called today to have them come back I was informed that I still had to pay that the techs never should have told me that. If they promise they will come back and fix the issue free of charge DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. Now I have to pay for another electrician because they didn't know what they were doing. If the fan was the issue then I would be fine but obviously that was not the case. Please beware when using this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! #1 they will send guys out that are not qualified and overcharge you, a few day job forms into a week. #2 contracted them to put additional service they made repeated promises about material not being in. Finally I called them last week and they said they would be out this week. I called today and they said the material was in and still couldn’t give me a date if oinstall. I have been in business with the same clients 25 years plus. This is a rip off company that over charges and doesn’t stand behind agreements. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING BEFORE READING IT ! The other negative review on hear sound similar to ours. Don’t let them fool you with the reply ! Also the positive reviews are not from actual customers more like the owner and his friends.

Aaron was quick and efficient. Hiller responded to my call and got Aaron to come back to fix an issue from a week prior and he was able to get parts immediately at a local hardware store and come back and replace everything and get it running perfectly.

Hiller was contracted to replace my 70yr old fathers water line from road to home. left the old line open and the basement was flooded leaving my elderly father with over $3000.00 worth of damage. Les, their lead technician agreed the carpet should be replaced and received several quotes to do so. Their insurance company will not pay for the damages in full and is attempting to have him sign a release of liability for only $1012.00 which is only 1/3 of the damage created by their lack of performance. I would not recommend this company to any residential consumer. They will not stand behind their work and if they make a mistake will not make things right as an honest contractor should. Please beware of the risks you will be accepting of in hiring Hiller of Dickson.

We have been extremely pleased with Hiller since we bought our units from them in 2019. Their service team is top notch and are always kind, courteous and professional. I always recommend Hiller to anyone who asks about HVAC needs.

We had a leak under our house that we were not able repair ourselves. I called the Hiller Company this morning and spoke to Amanda. She was very professional and scheduled a tech to come out this afternoon. Our tech, Christopher Perry, was very nice. He found the leak and fixed it with no problem. I highly recommend Christopher and Hiller Company to anyone that has any heating or plumbing issues.

Brayden was so respectful and a very hard worker. I called Hiller, and within a couple of hours, they were right out here fixing my problem. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs things done the right way. The price was good as well. Thanks Hiller👍🏻

Dalton was very exceptional in helping me. I am disabled and on a very tight fixed income. I had a leak which had led to my water bill doubling. Hiller were so nice when I called and Dalton came out this morning and found the leak and fixed it. Hiller is a great company that I highly recommend because they worked with me and we're so nice and helpful.

We always have wonderful service with Hiller. They helpful, efficient, and this time they went above and beyond to help us get our air fixed same day so we didn’t have to reschedule a work day. Much appreciated.

Called hiller about my Hvac system. Guy comes sits in my floor takes a few thing off says I need a whole new unit. As he takes stuff off he breaks a switch an puts it back together without telling me its broken now. Once he leaves theres no heat but beforehand there was. Mind you this was right before the snow storm. I called 5 mins after he left an they said that he can't come back till tmrw bc he moved on to the next job even tho I didn't have heat witch i explained. Hiller even called later and asked if i wanted to order 1000s worth of parts of course i said no. I called another hvac company and they came promptly and fixed the switch that the hiller guy broke. Cleaned my system and I haven't had a problem since. To be clear hiller changed me 70$ to come break my system and sit in my floor. An would not come back till the next day even tho it was freezing cold out. Hiller also wanted to charge me 1000s for a new system that only needed to be cleaned. I will never use hiller again and I advise anyone reading this stay away. They wanted to scam me out of 1000s by saying I need to replace my system when I didn't.

On time, surveyed the situation, attempted various possibilities of repair, and kept our warranty open in case anything resulted after he left.
Dalton was friendly, courteous, and listened to our issues.

He checked into the office to get further ideas as to how to eliminate the problem. The day after a follow-up was done in regard to our satisfaction that the repair happened sufficiently. Wow, a hyper service business where the customer is respected and listened to. Extraordinary,!!!

The technician arrived when they said they would and fixed our toilet quickly. Hiller gave me the best price in town everyone else wanted to charge the same amount as what i payed for the completion of the work just as a fee for the tech to show up. Will use them again should i need to. You also get text notifications and a picture with the name of the person who is coming to your location. Very professional and affordable.

We were pleased to find out Hiller serviced our area after looking locally for months. I called them this morning at 830, and Mr. Roberts was to our home within 4 hours. Nick genuinely seemed to enjoy his job and took great care of us. We will definitely request him if there is ever another problem. We are so thankful they took care of us so quickly, it's been months and we didn't even have to pay an emergency or rush fee. 100% recommend!

Called Hiller after getting home to a water leak big enough that the water department had turned the water off to the house. Although late in the evening, they dispatched someone quickly that showed up in less than an hour. Dalton was knowledgeable, efficient and very nice. I would highly recommend using Hiller and hopefully you’ll get the opportunity to meet Dalton!
