Great service! If they don't carry what you need they'll steer you in the right direction. I've had some issues with my home lately and going into this business takes some of the stress out of my day because it's like walking into a friends place. It's what small town American is all about. Nice people and local goods.

Wheeler Services is an excellent, dependable company. I have used them for installation and service of HVAC systems in two homes now and they do an excellent job. Prompt, professional, use quality materials and do the job right.

I submitted a contact form on their website and had a response in a timely manner. They were helpful in scheduling a time to come out that met our needs, and they turned up on time. We were told they were “sending a couple of young guys.” They were young. But they were very professional and did a fantastic job. Our air con is working wonderfully, pumping out ice cold air. Will definitely use Wheeler Service in the future.

Wayne and Joey with Crossville heating and cooling did an outstanding job swapping out my old heat pump with new gas unit. They cleaned up from previous company installation and made sure everything worked, was level, and secured properly. They were very friendly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them for any hvac installations.

Friendly and obviously knows what he’s doing. Kept me apprised of what he was doing. Very engaging.

Wayne and Chris are great techs! Some things weren’t working out, so being a heads up people they are, they thought of a way around it, that didn’t compromise looks or agreed upon price. As a customer, I couldn’t ask for two better individuals.

Thoroughly checked both systems one of which had become partially contaminated with neighbors construction dust.

Michael was very professional, knowledgeable. Made sure all was in top shape before leaving. Hard to find people who take pride in their work anymore. Will recommend ECO to anyone who needs AC service. Have family in AC business in Florida. Said prices quoted were in line with work needed and completed. Service was provided out of the office in Jamestown, Tn.

Jerden was professional, thorough, and courteous. He explained everything he checked during our semi-annual maintenance evaluation and showed me pictures of all the equipment he had covered during his inspection and maintenance. Very pleased with this service.

Logan was an hour early for the appointment. He was very professional in appearance. Got right to work and had the problem identified in about 5 mins. He didn't have the part needed on his van, but offered to run to the shop to search for it. Even though they didn't have the part in stock, he still returned to discuss the next steps in person. Overall a 100% positive experience!

We were very impressed with how knowledgeable and professional our tech Michael was. He explained in detail everything that he was doing and provided us with the results of the tests he did. We are confident that if there was an issue it would have been identified during his thorough review of our system.

Hunter, Wayne and Jared came to my home and fixed a prior duct installation issue and did a fantastic job! The install techs were courteous and informative, calling me to let me know about the job progress and any issues they may have had along the way. This was a duct changeout prior to a full encapsulation, and I feel that the job was done professionally and in a timely manner.
