Corey Chavis came up the same day I called expressing interest in a “mini-split” Installtion. He checked out my situation and suggested two heads installed inside going to one exterior condenser. He quoted me a price for installation which I felt was reasonable and then took pictures to give to the install crew.

Wayne and Jared installed new dehumidifier and replaced flex duct last Sept.23-26, 2024. However, over a year ago the same company replaced the AC unit .

Yesterday Sept.14, Wayne and Chris corrected some issues that I had regarding dehumidifier and flex ducts. While i am checking the crawlspace, I saw soaking wet retun flex duct and as per wayne, while we are putting the tape together on wet area, the hvac people didn't install weather shield.

We are unhappy that the HVAC crew didn't install weather shield and now the water washed out the fiberglass insulation.

We would appreciate the manager to take care of the issues/damages of the soaking wet return flex and weather shield installation as soon as possible.

Our service person was Justin Richwine. He was very nice, polite and considerate. He was doing our first maintenance on our new unit purchased back in February . He helped me to remember how to change the settings on the thermostat. He checked out everything on the unit and came back to tell me that everything was in order and working fine. He checked under the floor and explained that we need new ductwork that we are considering.Justin seemed very knowledgeable about his work. All the workers we have had since getting the new unit have been really nice and seemed well trained in their work. We would recommend Eco Home Solutions for anyone needing heat/air service. We appreciate the time Justin took with our maintenance check up.

We had water lines leaking and Xavier had to climb in our crawl space in the mud in the dark in 20 degree weather to due the repairs. His attitude was great he had to find access panels in our home and found leaks behind the walls. He is very knowledgeable. Thank you for your hard work and your pleasant demeanor. Made a difficult situation much better and fixed.

Had Eco Home Solutions inspect and service our gas furnace/central air package unit. Tech (Michael Cooper) was right on time and did a thorough job. It’s an old unit and needed a capacitor replaced but he had the part and was able to do it right then. Price was good. We are very satisfied with Eco.

I had a full brand new replacement of my HVAC. What would be a normal 2 day job was done in 1. They went above to ensure I had heat before the cold snap came. Jared the installer was very good and informative in all aspects of the install. Thank you all. We installed the fence the next morning to protect from animals.
