Brad Berry came to my house to perform warranty replacement of a blower motor and circuit board in my air handler. Brad was very courteous and professional. He dealt with an unanticipated complex technical issue and worked hard for a long time to finally solve the problem to my satisfaction. I was grateful to Brad for staying with me to get this problem fixed. It was a pleasure working with Brad. He gets a five-star review from me. I would recommend him to anybody.

Polite and professional. Not 100% knowledgeable and didn't come properly prepared luke the previous techs, but he was very helpful and informative even tho' it felt like I had to talk him into doing a service that should have been an easy decision on his part to keep the customer happy within the limits of the service.

Wayne & Chris did a great job installing vapor barrier in my crawl space under the house. They also installed return vent and weather vent for the new furnace. I am pleased with all of the work that was done, and the speed they installed it. They were very informative and answered all my questions.

Hunter did a great job! We installed a new smart thermostat earlier this year and thought we installed it right- we were wrong 😅 . Hunter was able to reinstall and got our AC working correctly. Very helpful and communicated everything perfectly.

I received a routine maintenance service today on my heating and air unit.The young man was very thorough and polite. He advised me that my unit is titled. Although, it will heat and cool for now unless the unit is reset.to were it is level it is highly likely I will have problems with my unit later on. He took the time to explain everything yo make sure I understood the risk of not having the unit reset level. I highly recommend ECO Home Solutions.

I called ECO for a service call to check out my ac unit. My sup pump wasn’t pumping the water outside. He found out that the plastic tube was stuck under the copper ac lines. He pulled it out so it wasn’t plugged up. They charged me 269.00 dollars. That’s is how he fixed my problem. He charged me 169.00 dollars on my bill. On the bill it said he flushed the line with nitrogen and and put something else in the line to keep algae from growing. I said you didn’t do any of that. He said that’s what the company tells me to charge you. That’s how they ripped me off and would not give me any refund for stilling my money from me. ECO is out of Lenor City Tn and sent Crossville heat and air in tn to do the job. I wouldn’t trust this company for any kind of work dealing with your ac unit. Please advise any and everyone you know about the type of business that they are running. Be careful out there and watch closely with any kind of servicing business you deal with with.
