in 2022 Joslin came the day we called and found the leak in our water line. May 2023 they fixed a leak under the house that was connected to our outside faucet and came the same day we called. Outstanding service!

We came home from work to find our AC units were not working. We called Joslin's afterhours hotline and their repairman, Nathan called us back in a matter of minutes. He arrived within the timeframe he provided us and quickly diagnosed the issues. Our AC was up and running within one hour of his arrival at the house. Cost was reasonable given the urgency and time of day that we needed the work done. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Joslin came to do a service on a unit for a home I was purchasing. The invoice read, "No Issues". Moved in expecting no issues, but our bonus room is 6-7 degrees higher than the rest of the house. Come to find out the wires connecting the thermostat and dampers for the bonus room are not connected to the main unit! This means the system is not connected to power for the bonus room! This could be seen from just opening the service panel on the unit and seeing the wire laying there. Called to ask if this is normal practice to see unconnected wires and then claim "No issues" on the invoice; the manager was rude, hadn't even taken the time to familiarize himself with the case before calling and offered no solutions for a blatant miss during a routine service. I would never use or refer this company again.

We paid them they didn’t solve anything and weren’t able to connect us with the plumber that came over to have the issue professionally addressed.
Renee that took the call was not pleasant to talk to when simply requesting a report of what happened since we hired them for a service they couldn’t perform and ultimately paid them.
