Timothy was polite and fixed our bathroom shower plumbing issue quickly. We called one afternoon for service and they were out the next morning. Great service and we'd call them again.

Joslin is just the best plumbing service in TN. I just had Timothy came over to replace a filter for me. He was right on time, extremely courteous, his job performance was excellent. He went above and beyond, he wanted to wipe off the water with his nice sweater, I gladly told him there is no need. He is definitely a keeper for Joslin

I have only had great experiences with Joslin. They are reliable friendly. This town is growing and changing but Joslin remains to be the most reliable.

Just this past week I had two unexpected issues. They showed up the same day. They found it was so simple they didn’t find it necessary to charge me. The techs are professional and friendly and they always show up positive even if they have been working all day in the heat.

I’ve seen many companies who blatantly overcharge. Not Joslin. They are honest and only focused on resolving the issue rather than trying to sign you up for some membership.

The staff is warm and friendly as well. They are the best.

I was recommended by another local Franklin plumber a few years ago called Tweek The Leak who retired. He said Joslin is the only one he would trust and he was right as that’s been my experience.

AC and Plumbing issues can be very stressful. Joslin is who you want to call so you don’t have to worry about the stress of dishonest and unreliable companies.

I will always be a customer of Joslin. They are the best. The most honest, friendly and the most reliable.

We have used Joslyn a few times now and they are wonderful! Responsive, timely, and don’t overcomplicate or overcharge.

Alex came out regarding a HVAC issue. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Didn’t try to sell us new equipment etc. like other companies. Highly recommend!

Called on a Monday and had the elective work done by Wednesday! That's an amazing turn around time! Justin did our work. Personable and friendly guy and did great work. Something we thought needed to be replaced, he just fixed, no extra cost. Added a seal where he saw a spot missing because it was the right thing to do. Attention to detail was absolutely perfect. I'd give 6 stars if it would let me.

AC went down when it was 95° outside, called two other places first who couldn’t get out until the following day. the second place recommended I call Joslin. Their tech showed up two hours after I called, fixed it for a very fair price.

Very satisfied, we will be using them again.

We put in a non-emergency call mid morning today.

Timothy was here a short time later and did a great job getting a broken water line repaired. He was very thorough in his work and let us know what our options were. At no time did he try to talk us in to doing more than we were comfortable with.

It was clear from the beginning of his time here that he was here to help us.

Joslin takes care of us again.
One of our AC units stopped cooling. We put in a service request the following morning and Nate was there within a couple of hours. The good news was that the unit was not broken and just needed a reset. Nate reset the unit and checked a couple more things to be sure all was working properly.
No charge.
Joslin has taken great care of us, very prompt and always very fair.
I HIGHLY recommend them.

Today we had both of our HVAC systems serviced and cleaned.
Chase, the Joslin tech, did a great job. He was at the house at the time that was relayed to us by the Joslin representative who took our call. The price for both units was very fair.
A part needed to be replaced in one of the units and Chase took the time to get the part for us today and install it.

Joslin is top notch. We had our faulty septic tank collapsed and a new grinder system installed last year. That has been working with no problems and we were able to resume the use of the plumbing system on the same day the work was started.

Today we had the drain system in our house cleared to address gurgling drains. Note: The gurgling started recently and was not related to the new grinder system. The gurgling was caused by the internal drains.
Justin, the Joslin technician, arrived at the time we were told he would be here. Very professional and thorough and he took time to answer our questions. He did an excellent job and we will definitely call Joslin again.

We had some problems with our heating system and Joslin sent a technician out within an hour of our call.
Nathan quickly found the problem and even had the part we needed in his supplies.
The entire experience was first rate from the person who answered our call to the technician (Nathan).
I HIGHLY recommend Joslin for your heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

Joslin just replaced my Daughter's heat exchanger on her tankless water heater. Two other companies quoted her a complete replacement for a IN warranty unit. They had no interest in repairing a four year old unit.
Joslin not only fixed it with warranty parts, but took care of the whole process fast and super reasonable.

I called Joslin after having another HVAC company come to my home and tell me it would be $4700 to repair my AC. I told my neighbor that I was absolutely shocked that my eight-year-old home would need such a major repair on the HVAC and that I intended to get another opinion. He told me about Joslin, that he felt it was an honest, reasonable and reputable company. They sent John Andrews out, who was there within 30 minutes. After thorough inspection, he determined the circuit breaker was the problem, not the air-conditioning unit. He replaced it immediately and the AC unit started working. My total bill including service charge and labor was $140! I can’t begin to express how relieved I am that I am not spending $4700, and I’m very grateful for John’s honesty and expertise. I am now and will always be a loyal customer and enthusiastic advocate for Joslin. Thanks, John! And thank you also to my neighbor for the recommendation!

The pipes in the rental home I stay in were clogged so Joslin was called out to fix the problem or so I thought they did. They sent out a technician to snake the drain. He called before he came which was nice. He did what he needed to do and left. Everything worked fine for 4 or 5 days then it was right back to being clogged. As a Franklin native you want to patronize local businesses, but this is the third time Joslin has fixed something at the house that I've had to call someone else into fix. I think I'm going to suggest using someone else next time.

These folks came to fix my folks bathroom faucet - the cartridge was worn out. They told my folks it couldn't be repaired... They didn't even bother to remove the cartridge.

I found the replacement part and installed in 15 minutes... It was a $10 fix.

I can't decide if it was laziness, incompetence or a mix of the two.

The folks at Joslin did a great job getting my wife and I's water heater fixed after the ice storm. While we got quotes from others, many were looking to charge us a hefty price and take a long time to complete the job. Joslin was the best at giving us their opinion of what they would do if they were in our shoes, and their team went above and beyond to get the job done, even though we were not in the Franklin area. Hunter and his team were top-notch and offered suggestions on how to ensure it continues to work well in the future, before anything else pops up. Big fan of Joslin!
