After our old package HVAC unit died, Bret (owner) personally came out and provided a quote for replacement. But beyond that, he asked me if there were any issues with the heating or cooling with the previous unit so he could ensure they didn't just replace the unit without addressing the issues. When I explained the uneven heating and cooling of the master bedroom, Bret examined our home and came up with a plan to improve airflow based on the placement of our air returns and thermostats. We now not only have a new, more efficient unit, but are looking forward to more comfortable nights sleeping as well.

Another company said all the new units were too large-- impossible to fit through the small opening--- They mapped out a large square in the ceiling to have a contractor cut a hole. Sewell took a look and researched a modular unit that they could get in in halves, then reassemble. Perfect job without hurting the house. Saved me money and avoided a big mess. So grateful. They knew their stuff.

Bret and his team are honest, hardworking, straightforward, no-nonsense, punctual, and reasonably priced. If you have to spend money upgrading or fixing something on your HVAC, you can't do better than this company. Our master bedroom was running much hotter than the rest of our house. We finally had enough and brought out a few companies to assess the situation and bid for whatever solution they recommended. One company bid a whole HVAC system for $6k. One guy didn't show. Another had an elaborate and overly wrought approach that seemed like overkill. Then came Bret and Sewell. He took his time to assess our whole HVAC system and developed an elegant, effective, reasonably priced solution. It's easy to tell when someone wants to "upsell" you on a service plan or piece of equipment--it's good for their bottom line. What is incredibly rare, though, is finding an expert service provider who does only what's needed at a reasonable price and dependable timeline. Sewell HVAC does exactly that. Not only did Sewell balance our entire HVAC but cleaned the furnace and air intakes outside because it was the right thing to do--that wasn't even part of our original service call. They saw a need and addressed it, which made our upstairs zone run twice as efficiently, saving us money and making the environment more consistent and comfortable for our kids' bedrooms. You can tell this is company takes pride in its service and genuinely cares about the outcome of its clients. I'll be using Sewell as long as I'm in their service area.

As usual they arrived on time, and did a great job in prompt fashion and every thing works fine...........I'll call them again with my next homeowner crisis.

John and Jim gave us an eta call before their prompt arrival. They installed a Tesla wall charger with knowledge and efficiency. Nice guys! Sewell has the most honest pricing I found. They charge by the hour, not by the project. My hardwired job was not too difficult as they could drill straight through the wall from the breaker box. It was an hour labor plus materials at half the price competitor's quoted. Will definitely use Sewell again and highly recommend.

The team was very professional, explained everything, and gave us several options on how to repair the system. Their prices were better than other quotes we got too. Very happy with their service.

Extremely professional and fair! We had a new unit installed by a different company and had nothing but problems for nearly a year. Sewell came out and found multiple issues, clearly illustrated the problem to us (showing us the manufacturer documentation), and worked with the manufacturer to get all parts under warranty. Also, they were the first company in years not to just look at our Nest thermostat and say the AI must have been at fault. They fixed incorrect jumpers, incorrect gas lines, and a host of other install issues. Both heat and cooling now work perfectly. All work was done at a fair price that I'm still happy to hop on Google to express my thanks.

Great crew to handle a tall chandelier install. I needed the fixture installed from a 20’ ceiling so they were sure to send a 2-person crew with a giant ladder. The guys were very easy to talk to and were prepared to handle a few small hiccups needed to make everything compatible. They even had the tool to cut hanging chain links and customize the length. Will definitely use Sewell in the future.
