My tech was Michael. He was great!!!! Courteous, professional took the time to explain things fully. I feel I had a first rate job done for a very fair price. My heating unit failed to work yesterday but began working today. Michael checked it out and even cleaned a part. Once again he was up front and honest. I’m thoroughly pleased!!!

Copeland and Sons provides outstanding service. Professional , high quality, family friendly. Not only do they maintain my AC/heating unit but yesterday Ryan and Patrick did an excellent job installing my new gas log fireplace unit also!

I recently purchased the Platinum Home Maintenance service from Copeland Home Services, and I could not be more pleased! From start to finish, the experience has been nothing short of amazing.

I was absolutely thrilled to see Ryan S. show up at my house again—it truly felt like being reunited with a family member I've missed since our last visit. Ryan is not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but he also brings a warm, caring presence that makes you feel completely at ease.

As part of my service, Ryan cleaned and checked my HVAC unit, and let me tell you—it looks brand new! With the summer heat approaching, I now have complete peace of mind knowing everything is running smoothly and efficiently.

My first experience with Copeland was this past winter when I couldn’t get my pilot light to stay lit. Ryan came out and handled the issue with such care and expertise that I knew from that moment forward, this was the company I could fully trust for all my home service needs.

Ryan was great. He was on time, personable and answered any concerns I had. Copeland has done a lot of work for me in the last few months from gas line installation to sewer pipe replacement to changes with ductwork. All of their technicians have always been wonderful to work with.

I had a great experience with Copeland. My HVAC system needed to be replaced and from the my first call with Brad to when the install was finished, everyone involved was very helpful and transparent.
Tyler did the install service and he did a great job (even though he had to work out in the rain, he was a pleasure to have around for the day).
I also worked with Michael who was very helpful in identifying the issue and figuring out next steps.
It was a pleasure to work with this team. Highly recommend them.

Great experience!
We called because of a neighbor's good experiences with Copeland at their home. We had issues over Easter weekend. They worked for six hours in our crawl space on Easter and fixed three leaks (not one as suspected in the same copper pipe) but still honored the original quote. I expected the price to triple, but nope. It was shocking to me and really appreciated.

We have had them out twice since then. The first was a little job that they fixed with ease. The second job was a major project in the crawl space requiring removal and replacement of all the copper along with a partial encapsulation of the crawl space. This project also required a dehumidifier install. It was a big and necessary job on an older home.

They pay attention and are on time. You are notified in advance the night before their visit and 30 minutes before they arrive. A staff name is listed in the text, and they drive company labeled trucks. There were no surprises, and they took care of our home.

Had a very good experience with Copeland. Twenty-year-old HVAC was dying in the middle of summer. They came out to have a look within a couple of hours and were able to install a replacement the next business day. Joseph and Isiah did a great job, worked hard, and were very professional. First-class outfit.

I called due to system not working at all, very impressive with the arrival time. Tyler arrived quickly and went to work, he was very mannerly and professional, later he was joined by Isiah , he too had the same mannerism, work ethic and smiling face.. I heard as they were working, sounding like they were enjoying themselves while working on rainy day. I even told them that is a good sign when you work well with coworkers.

Had our main AC unit go out at the end of May. We tried working through the home warranty company we had from buying our house and they kept giving us the run around. A neighbor referred Copeland to us so I called them on a Thursday morning, they had a project manager out the next morning, confirmed everything, provided their suggestion for a cost effective and efficient replacement, said it could be done on Saturday or Monday at the latest. They called back an hour later and had our new unit installed and working perfectly the same afternoon.

From start to finish Copeland provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Nathan was great from his first visit and Tyler rocked for the entire install. Answered all questions, walked through everything and left our place better than when he arrived. We will be using Copeland for all their services moving forward.

Kane came to look at a suspected irrigation leak. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly. He also took the time to explain how everything should work while he walked through the troubleshooting process. We will definitely be contacting them for any future plumbing/irrigation issues!

I would like to compliment Tyler and Micheal on the work they did on my AC/furnace install. They were friendly and personable. They worked hard to get the job done. They paid attention to detail and used drip cloths and shoe covers to keep things neat. I am very pleased either way their work.

I could not ask for better business people. Kindness and professionalism and honesty are so rare these days but they really were amazing. Honestly - there was some confusion after the job and some mistakes were made based on what our propane company wanted. But Steven and Graham promptly fixed any issue or point of dissatisfaction perfectly!!! They even refunded work I did not need based on their error. This was a GREAT experience in the end. I will use them repeatedly if needed and I highly recommet this company!!

Tyler S. came out the day of the ice storm in Nashville. We had no heat, and he was able to help us troubleshoot our gas fireplace, so we could have a source of heat. I was thankful they could come day of and help me. He explained in detail how to use our fireplace and helped us answer all of our questions.

My wife and I bought a new construction home with a bogus unit in it (won’t name names). Copeland came out for an inspection and made us feel much better. Once getting on the schedule Tyler S. came out to do our services and we couldn’t be happier. The system is running excellent now. Tyler is very respectful and well mannered and knowledgeable. Once him and Michael O. were done on the first day of fixing, they both cleaned up very well after themselves as well. Then Tyler S. came back a couple days later to answer more questions for me as he installed one more piece to get our system working the way it was meant to originally. Tyler was very pleasant to have in our home and Copeland is an amazing company to have work on your hvac system.

Can’t say enough positive things - prompt, professional, courteous, and explained things very clearly. Actually, I have never before had anyone explain the HVAC servicing process and how the unit works, etc. Michael was great! We just moved back to Nashville and will use Copeland for any services needed.

I’ve had several experiences now with Copeland HS and everyone has been 5 star. I was compelled to write a review on the most recent visit to highlight this consistency.

My rep Tyler Sircy, was responsible for an annual heat maintenance, plumbing and electrical systems review.

This involves inspecting, updating, repairing and cleaning all the mechanicals on our furnaces and clean air systems, plumbing and fixtures and electrical connections. Tyler and Copeland are exceptionally capable. Tyler is able to connect to Nathan who also knows our home, for any high level expertise on site.

The care with which Tyler treated our home was unlike what other home service companies practice. No shoes on the home interior, neat and cleaned crawl space, total care for what they are installing and I have noted that Tyler treated our home as if it was his property. Very thoughtful, clean and conscientious and very aware of our young children. We appreciated that.

This is one of the many reasons we continue to call upon Copeland HS for our HVAC and clean home needs.
