The Freon was gone from our 3 year old unit a couple Saturdays ago. Our neighbor also had an emergency. AE was at their home and so we asked if he could take a look at ours too. Unfortunately, he had other appointments, but gave us the number to call and make an appointment when he returned on Monday to replace our neighbor's motor. We called to schedule (remember this was a Saturday). To our surprise, a sweet lady picked up of the phone. We scheduled our time and planned accordingly for Monday. Monday came and he called when he was 30mins out. Perfect timing as I work 20mins away. He talked thru each piece of the process. He didn't charge to just charge. The caps were loose, so we didn't have a "real" leak. We had to replace 3 pounds of Freon. He was fair and so are his prices. I hope I don't have an issue again, but if I do, They will be the people to call.

I highly recommend Gary and his team. They were able to come check out the problem within a few hours of my calling them. They are prompt, courteous, honest, and have always gone above and beyond in helping me out. I would definitely call them again for any HVAC issues.

Great service! He saved me almost two thousand dollars. Gary installs only the highest quality products and will not sell you a unit that you do not need. He was able to install a new furnace and AC the next day and it works great.

We had our A/C unit go out this week - the hottest week of the summer. Gary came out and gave us the best deal on a new system. He took the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done and corrected all the errors and shortcuts from the previous installers. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend.

Great service, nice people, and quick fix. I had a leaking HVAC unit; they found the leak and fixed it in a timely manner. The staff were all friendly and pleasant to work with; plus, they charged me a very reasonable price for the work they did and didn’t try to push me to buy any additional parts, etc. Honest staff and quality work. I’d recommend Gary and his Air Enviroment crew 10 out of 10 times.

Gary and team were wonderful. Very honest about what was going on with our ac and what we needed to do. Every one we interacted with was polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and just great. They went above and beyond our expectations and had a great price for what needed done!! They finished early and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend them all day!!

We were charged $90 to be lied to. Gary immediately started in on trying to sell us completely new AC units, quoting us almost $6,000 for one unit. He said everything under the sun was wrong with our unit and it wasn't worth fixing. Less than $500 later, our AC is fixed thanks to a different and honest repairman, who didn't take advantage of the fact that we were women and wasn't trying to scam us. Never calling this company again, we are extremely disappointed this is how they do business.

We have used Air Environment for two houses now. Gary and his staff are some of the most HONEST sub contractors I have ever had the pleasure working with. I worked in construction for over 15 years and he is by far one of the best. They are know everything from repairs & replacements. Their prices are by far the most competitive in Middle TN. If you are on the fence on who to call you be a fool to not to give them a call.

Found Air Environment on a google search. I called the office and the girl I spoke to was so pleasant and scheduled me for later that afternoon. Their technician Gary was very professional and respectful. It turned out to be a simple fix and it was completed in about 20 minutes The price was very reasonable and a lot less that what I have paid in the past with other companies. Overall, I was more than satisfied with the service and will continue to use Air Environment from now on.

Gary & his team have always been so kind and honest, hard to find these days.My mom referred me to them and they have been our HVAC guys since. First time they came out and did some extensive duct repair. I knew I had found an honest team when my quote was way less at the time of payment. So yesterday, we thought we had a big problem and sent Gary a text. Not only did he respond immediately, but he came the very next morning. Turns out it was a pesky little critter problem and not big at all. Gary could have charged me for the visit and removing said critter but instead charged me for a tune up. My a/c wasn't working and I was worried I was going to get bad news that my unit needed to be replaced. I called several places and with it being Saturday morning, I knew my chances were slim. Gary not only answered the phone he was out to my house within two hours. He ran several tests and realized that it was only my capacitor that needed to be replaced along with adding a little freon. I was prepared for the worst news along with being out of pocket $5k but that was not the case. Gary was VERY reasonable price wise and I felt like he was honest and fair. I didn't feel like he was "getting over on me". Great experience, he will be my "go to" guy from here on out!
