We have been contemplating replacing our HVAC units as a preventative measure on our 16 year old home and finally decided to pull the trigger. We chose Gary and Air Environment based on recommendations from numerous people. Let me say, we are far from disappointed! I called Gary last Tuesday, Wednesday morning he was at my house, and Thursday the package unit was delivered and installed. Today, less than a week later, all of our equipment is replaced and the results are awesome!

Gary and his crew, Brad, were professional, educational and very down to Earth people to work with. Being in construction myself, I had no need to get a 2nd quote from anyone else because of their fair pricing. Plus, who wouldn't want to work with someone who is honest, prompt and delivers excellent results. I HIGHLY recommend Air Environment to anyone even considering repairs or replacements!

I emailed Justin Sharp with the AC Crew late one night because my thermostat went kaput on me.

he emailed me back first thing in the morning, called me within the hour, and a tech happened to be in the area...so the tech was there in less than an hour as well!

Akili was the young man who came to our house. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do to fix/install a new thermostat and connect all of the right wiring at the furnace control panel.

Great experience, would definitely recommend to all of those who have HVAC needs!

Alex Hall is professional, friendly, thorough and seems to really know his stuff! I have a newer wifi dependent Trane HVAC system that is complicated. I have had technicians from several large companies come out to service it and most of them are not familiar with this system. Alex was able to fix it quickly and has now also serviced it and replaced the humidifier canisters for it.

Akili was very professional. There was a big storm outside, but he staid until he finished the job because there were 80 degrees in my house, even though the thermostat was set at 72. My AC works perfectly now and I owe that to Akili with AC Crew. Thank you for an amazing job!

Called them for service, was promised 3 hours after my call. Technician came on time. VERY knowledgeable and identified the issue with in 5 mins gave me a price and he went same day to get the needed part. AC was fixed same evening. Very honest with reasonable price. Yes call them!

Wonderful company, I originally called another person we know to look at our systems and he wasn't able so he sent the AC Crew. They repaired the problem timely and then told me about a maintenance plan they offered, so I took advantage of that. They have since came out and serviced 6 of my AC units at both my home and business and I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend.
