They did a great job installing our new mini split system. It's been working flawlessly, it's quiet, and we have noticed a reduction in our monthly electric bill.

Maxwell came on the weekend during the snow when our heat went out. Very professional and very polite. He was very thorough in his assessment of our heating system and explained everything to us in detail. Great customer service and would highly recommend this company. Maxwell and Luke came yesterday in record time and fixed our AC issue so quickly. My toddlers and I were not having a great day with the humidity and heat. These guys came in and took all our anxiety away. They were polite, caring, respectful. The type of people you don't see much of any more. I will be calling Maxwell and his son Luke with MidTenn for all of my issues going forward. I felt heard, understood and safe with these gentlemen. You want someone that knows what they are doing and won't make you feel dumb for not knowing, call these guys. Thank you thank you and God bless.

These guys are the best! They have helped me twice in the last month on two different AC units. They responded quickly & came out within 24 hours of each call. Prices are straightforward and all charges are explained upfront. I highly recommend Mid Tenn.

Scheduling the after hours service was very easy. The intake coordinator sent a link with tracking so I knew exactly when the technician would arrive.
The technician was very professional and easy to work with and made the repairs as needed to fix my plumbing issues.

That was a great technician found the problem quickly and repaired by Furnace. Very friendly and explained what why and how he was doing it. I’d highly recommend them going forward.

We called rapid response at 10am after our heat went out. Less than 3 hours lady there was a tech at our house. Vance was our tech and was patient, knowledgeable, and polite. He diagnosed and repaired our problem quickly but correctly and was very patient when I asked him about 50 questions. He did leave until he was certain that our problem was resolved.

In a time when good customer service is hard to come by I was so impressed by Rapid Response. Every person I interacted with was polite and knowledgeable and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We will definitely be using them for all our future HVAC needs

3 hours pass the 4 hour window. Wanted $400 for a simple inexpensive fix. Lowered to 175 when said no. Never use again.
