C&M installed an HVAC unit two years ago and did an amazing job helping me select a unit that suited my home. Recently, a freak power outage happened that shorted my motor (in 90 degree weather!) and they were very quick to have someone come out to replace it. Five stars, no notes, highly recommend!!

We had a new HVAC system installed and ductwork. All the teams that did the install were awesome on time and very professional. Highly recommend C&M if anyone’s looking for service or new unit install.

Olivia is so very kind and understanding each time we talk. She does what she says and follows up to make sure her crew do what she tells me they are supposed to be doing. Clarence came out and installed the new split system in record time. He explained everything up front and cleaned up as he went. 5 Star service as always.

Kelly was very thorough and made sure everything was checked and cleaned when we had an issue with our downstairs heating unit. Olivia was also great to work with over the phone when figuring out the part we needed (2 vastly different costs and eta’s). Scheduling was easy and quick as well. Will definitely be calling them again if/when it’s needed.

So grateful to have found C&M heating & cooling. In a world of scam artists, they don’t over-charge or tell you your unit needs to be replaced. They diagnose the problem and limit the cost to what’s wrong. Extremely professional, educated & accommodating in the case of emergencies. Kelly answered my call and came out same day within a couple hours. Total cost for replacing a run capacitor was $136 which included labor. This place doesn’t overcharge for a service call and doesn’t nickel and dime you for fees. I was a little worried at first because he was so quick to fix the a/c that we didn’t even have a chance to discuss whether to proceed (I’m used to getting estimates and then giving the OK)…but when I saw the invoice we were floored. Would totally use C&M again. Thanks so much for being honest and Johnny on the spot.

HVAC units don't last forever. So after 20 years, ours needed some serious (and expensive) repairs. We used this opportunity to replace the entire unit including compressor, furnace and cooling coils. Not an inexpensive choice, but based on past quality service, we chose C&M. Competitively priced. Their team arrived on time with our new unit (Rheem again) and 5 hours later, we were up and running. Quiet and efficient unit and so much better than our older one. Their team worked efficiently and took the extra time and effort to give us a quality installation. Looks great! Thanks for your excellent service, attention to detail, and quality installation.

The technician they sent checked all the things! Both units outside, the unit in the attic and ductwork inside. He also went into the crawl space under the house and checked for leaks and duct work there. Very informative and very helpful. Would recommend.

C&M Heating & Cooling has been consistently responsive to my inquiries, and it’s reassuring to know that someone is always available by phone when needed. Although we had to reschedule the installation appointment due to rain, I really appreciate how flexible and accommodating their scheduling was. They made sure I was taken care of as soon as possible.
