Service Technician arrived three (3) hours late from the window given when appointment was set, respected the property, gave a understandable explanation of what "needed to happen".

2nd time now for a seasonal tune-up with

Both times the technicians were well experienced & knowledgeable of my Rheem unit.
Today’s technician was Kelly. He was a pleasure to see and I feel very confident and assured that my unit has been well tuned-up for this winter season.

C&M gave great service. They took my old unit out and replaced it with a new one. They were professional and did a great job of not harming my floors or walls when doing the removal. I recommend them to anyone.

I've called C&M for 14 years, since they fixed a previous company's poor calibration. They always show up on time for a fair price. Most recently, they had someone out in less than 24 hours even during a deep freeze spell in the middle of winter. It was an easy fix, but regardless, they know their stuff and they've helped me keep what's now a 16 year old heat pump running efficiently and smoothly.

I recently used Heritage to install both a new AC unit and furnace. From the first call to the installation, everything was far better than I even expected after reading the previous reviews. Jeff came out the next day, and first checked to see if repairs would be the most cost-effective way to go. After realizing it would be better to replace the units, Jeff gave me 3 pricing options. When Steven and Justin came out, they were more than courteous and clearly top-flight pros in their field. Since it's been installed, the upstairs bedroom (converted from an old attic space) has had markedly better quality of air, something I wasn't even expecting. 5 stars for Jeff, Steven, Justin and Heritage! Highly recommended.
