Really happy with Heritage Heating & Cooling. Jeff and his team had helped with a winter install of a new unit a couple years ago and have been great keeping up with the yearly check ups and cleaning. The Trane unit has been the best working unit I have had.

In this time of scams and scammers and upselling and closers it is refreshing and reaffirming to do business with Jeff Parks, a man of impeccable character who stands behind the products he sells. I very foolishly fell for one of those “free”inspections. The word “free” should have set off alarm bells, but I went ahead with the inspection. My fan motor in my 5 ton unit was working before the inspection, but stopped working after the inspection. Also, I was told that my compressor was leaking Freon. I was informed that it would be cheaper to replace than to repair. I said thank you and immediately called Jeff, from whom I had purchased the unit. Jeff sent not one but two technicians to inspect my unit. Both checked the unit from top to bottom, and neither could find a leak. They checked the fan motor and found a “defective” capacitor on a relay. They replaced the part and the fan motor began running again. Lesson learned. The old adage that something is worth what you pay for it was never truer in my case. I am proud to say that I know and trust Jeff and his crew. He sells a great product and provides outstanding service after the sale. He also saved me from buying a new unit!

We have been using Heritage for about 10 years now and they have replaced two of our three units for us. I highly recommend them. Jeff always replies quickly and sends someone out to solve our HVAC problems. One of our units stopped cooling and Jeff made sure to schedule us quickly (thank you). Chase came out and gave the units a good cleaning and we're back to cool. Chase was professional and was really a pleasure to work with. It's always nice to have an expert working on the units, and Chase definitely is. I cannot imagine having to work in our attic in this heat, thank you Chase for taking your time and doing it right.

Jeff was great! I have an older system and everyone else said that they couldn’t fix it that I had to buy a new system from them. I called Heritage and he came right out and fixed me up. I had cold air in less than 2 hrs. He didn’t try and sell me a new unit. I will definitely call Heritage for any future repairs and I will definitely buy a new unit next year from them. Thanks Jeff for being one of the good ones!

In June 2023, Jeff installed 2x HVAC units in our house. After a year— July 2024– we called to complain about a sucked up filter, ice, and poor airflow. Yet, his coworker, Chase claimed that everything was good; however, since we saw no improvement, my husband reached out again which resulted in back and forth texting. Then, through August, Jeff recommended a change to thin filters, change from auto fan to fan on, and installed an additional return to air. Moreover, I asked him regarding a the leak signs I noticed in the bonus room, which he promised to check during the installation. Then, texted us quoting $960, and scheduled an installation for the end of the month. However, Jeff never showed up. Three days later, he texted us when realizing that no one came, and promised to schedule again as soon as Chase will be back in town, but we haven’t heard from him until the end of February when he came over to take the unit measurements— for the first time!
At that point, we already consulted with two other professionals who agreed in the opposition of his suggestions. Finally, Jeff decided to take my husband outside to speak on some kind of deal that he would do the job with no labor cost if I sign an agreement to not post about this or make a formal complaint.

Heritage Hearing & Cooling replaced my downstairs heat/AC unit in February and did an awesome job at a reasonable price. They installed it the day after we decided the old one was dead and it has been working great ever since, so when my upstairs unit sounded like it was going to blow up this morning, I didn't hesitate to call Heritage. Jeff was there a couple hours later and replaced a part. The unit is 29 years old and he could have easily told me it wasn't able to be repaired and sold me a new unit, but he didn't and saved me a bunch of money. That's why when that unit does die, I won't hesitate to call Heritage.

Jeff was able to get a tech out the same day we requested someone look at our AC unit. Chase came out and fixed the issue the same day. Chase was terrific and very personable. I would highly recommend the company.

My older upstairs AC unit developed a refrigerant leak and needed replacement, while the furnance is in great shape and fully functional. I got a couple quotes from local HVAC companies, all recomending furnace replacement, and upselling other things. Jeff came out, and recomended replacing only the AC system since the furnace was in good shape, and off the top of his head knew which evaportator coil would be a perfect fit on the furnance. On the day of the install the techs Billy and Matthew arrived on time, were easy to deal with, and did quality work, which was great since I am particular. Great experience from start to finish. The great reviews are accurate and well deserved.

We have been in the Franklin Tn area for over 20 years and have dealt with several AC/Heating companies. Jeff Parks and Heritage Heating and Cooling are simply the best we’ve come across. Jeff is very responsive and will help you troubleshoot the issues even before sending a technician out.

We recently had an issue with our unit during the hottest days of Summer. Jeff responded quickly and within a day Alex was out at our house diagnosing the problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and patient in answering any of our questions.

At one point we had to have our entire HVAC and duct work replaced and so I had to get several estimates from reputable AC/Heating companies. Honestly, the estimates were somewhat in the same ballpark, but Jeff Parks and Heritage stood out because of their prompt responses, excellent customer service, and their willingness to start the job immediately. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We have been fortunate to have worked with Jeff and his crew for the last nine years. This has involved annual "checkups" on both our heating system (2 units, up and down) and our cooling system (also 2 units, up and down). In addition, his crew has made an occasional small repair when necessary. We also bought a new system from Heritage a few years back.
We had been using another company out of inertia, but we got tired of feeling that they were always trying to upsell us on something. Heritage replaced my two HVAC units some time ago. Every single time his team his team has been at my home I have been impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. My experience with Heritage is by far more than just five stars. From beginning to end the best service I’ve ever had. Jeff responds very quickly to calls/texts too. Within hours of calling the tech arrived. Accessed the problem. Part had to be ordered. Chase was the tech who completed the job. On this particular day it rained so hard you couldn’t see across the street. I told Chase he could wait and come back…nope…he got an umbrella, got soaked and finished the job. Three different times rain dumped on. His attitude never wavered. Sweet and professional as can be. Heritage will be our company for life and who we will always recommend and I will request Chase only and will wait till I get him…he’s worth it!

Jeff and his team did an outstanding job installing a new HVAC unit for us. They also performed a maintenance on a 2nd unit we have. Overall it has been a fantastic value and experience. We recently had the pleasure of working with Jeff and the entire professionals at Heritage Heating and Cooling. We had a heating problem where we just couldn't get our house to get warm. Chase, our technician, came out and properly diagnosed the unit. Another company had installed the unit but hadn't properly set it up. Chase found the problem and made changes to achieve the proper settings. The results were immediate. For the first time in 6 years we were able to warm our house to a comfortable temperature. Thank you Chase!!

More recently we had a cooling problem. Once again we called Heritage. They came out the same day and once again, Chase was able to find the problem; a freon leak. He returned the next morning and made the proper repairs just in time for the first 90* day.

We are grateful for the service that Heritage has provided in getting our heating and cooling units back in shape. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Jeff was referred by my neighbor. It’s 100 degrees outside and my A/C stopped cooling. Called Jeff and he came faster than I thought he would be able to. He diagnosed the problem (which is with my water heater). He even called a plumber and explained the issue to them. And here’s the nicest part of this story…he didn’t charge me a penny. When it seems like everyone just wants to sell you on a completely new unit, it was so incredibly reassuring to have someone knowledgeable actually help solve my problem. Jeff came by and almost immediately diagnosed my AC unit issue - a leaky copper pipe - and had someone out quickly to weld it closed and refill my refrigerant. He saved me literally thousands of dollars - the previous HVAC companies insisted I needed a new unit or at least new coils. I am so grateful to Jeff and Heritage Heating and Cooling for bothering to find the actual problem and explain the solution to me. Everyone deserves that kind of service and support. I can't recommend Heritage enough, and will absolutely use them again and again.
