I called Varsity 4:45pm with a no heat situation. Adam was dispatched and was there in less than an hour. He worked with me on figuring out if my smart thermostat (Ecobee) had gone bad. Turns out it was a faulty thermostat wire from inside house to unit. Adam quickly devised a strategy to get me up and running. I will be having them come back out to replace the aging wire, which was my preference. No pressure from Varsity as the system is now using a previously unused thermostat wire and is perfectly fine. It is so refreshing to have a company with fair pricing and not try to push customers to spend extra money.

We are very satisfied with Vatsity Zone. Mr. Dearmom personally called to arrange weekend service and our Tech Adam was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They had our problem diagnosed and fixed quickly.
