Heat went out at our house from the big ice storm. Called Varsity Zone and they had a tech to our house that morning. Chris was on time, diagnosed the issue right away, and got our heat back on. Had Varsity out to do a once over on all my equipment after we bought our house. Adam came out and did a very thorough inspection and cleaning on all our equipment. I was shopping to have a multi zone Mitsubishi unit installed in a 3 Season room that was being built for my wife and I . I had 3 quotes from 3 different heat & cooling companies, only one of them also quoted the brand they normally use with a Mitsubishi quote . Still undecided I asked our contractor’s project manager if they used any a/c contractors that they my haves used in the past and might recommend , and he said Varsity zone HVAC in Franklin , and he gave me their number and I called them in the morning . Left a message not expecting a call back ( due to Hot weather & being a retired HVAC mechanic myself) knowing that a day like this it might take a day or two before I hear from them . To my surprise I received a phone call back from Rusty and told him what my project and needed a heat load done on the 3 season room to make sure my calculations were correct and would like a quote for a Mitsubishi unit and told this project just started . Rusty said he would have to dbl check the schedule and try and get his mechanic to my house in a day or two , which was perfect for me . The next morning I was called by Rusty to tell me someone might be able to come later today if all goes well or first thing in the morning following ,I said let’s schedule for the next, which we did. He came in the morning he did a heat load , sent the information to Rusty with a ton of information- windows,doors , glass garage door, fans , and exhaust fan to . The next day Rusty called with the size needed and some numbers and when room was ready Rusty scheduled the install ( which took a while) but Varsity Zone was patient and ready to a great job. Big thank you to Rusty and Adam . Looking forward to using them in the future .
