Caleb was very responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with.

They may be good, but no way to find out - they don’t answer the phone!! I’ve called 5 times and left voicemails.

They came when no one else would after I had been without heat 3 days in 30 degree weather. Fixed it and were reasonably priced and so nice!

These guys were amazing. Were hear like in 20 min. They fixed our issue at a reasonable price. Will be using again

These guys were a life saver today on this boiling hot summer day! Not only were they prompt with their service (selfless individuals who were able to come to my aid late in the day), fixed my AC unit efficiently, and were priced very reasonably. They were also pleasant to be around. I highly recommend!!

My upstairs AC unit quit working while I was gone this afternoon and came home to an upstairs that was hotter than a sauna. I looked for an AC/HVAC company with Sunday hours or 24hr service. I tried several who claimed to be open 24/7, but Leipers Fork actually answered. Caleb said he would be here by 10pm and he was actually 15 minutes early. He's super nice and diagnosed the situation easily and repaired it in just a few minutes. Very satisfied with my service and experience.

Have to add to this review Negatively unfortunately. Originally I thought I was dealing with knowledge and profession leading me to believe my house was completed and secure underneath. Later on I started receiving HIGH electricity billing and am grateful I had someone working on my floors as they discovered Caleb and crew left duct work wide open and I was losing all of my AC underneath my house blowing freely. I called him to take care of the issue (Said he couldn’t come three days) and still yet they did not repair properly. A handy man had to go underneath to seal off issues and repair their work. I received three extremely high bills and they offered nothing back for their error. I will not use again and would not recommend. The only thing they do is heating and air, how did they NOT do the only thing they do?!!! Very frustrating and definitely not interested in keeping repeat business.

Honest, straight forward, and no shady business practices. This company takes pride in their work and does exactly what they say they will do. Worked on my old HVAC unit and would have repaired it had I wanted to go that route. Instead chose a new York unit and couldn't be happier with my decision. Fair price and excellent workmanship on the install. You can tell Caleb cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done.

We just had a new split unit installed by Caleb, and he did a very clean professional install. The removal of the old unit and installation of the new was completed in one day, and without any issues. Excellent pricing and quality of unit. Highly recommend.
